Comfortable house 8 km from the ocean (suitable for nautical activities such as surfing, bodyboarding or other ...) with fully equipped kitchen open to the dining-living room where a large ultra-comfortable corner sofa awaits you. .. all open on a wooden terrace covered by waterproof shade sail where a 10 pl outdoor table accompanied by a plancha will allow you to spend a good time outdoors, all decorated with a heated outdoor pool, with a bench seat over the entire width with unmissable view of a large oak tree (ideal for an aperitif !!).
A buried trampoline is present next to the swimming pool as well as a swing, all on 700m2 of land, in a quiet area and directly overlooking the Landes forest (ideal for walks, mountain biking, jogging ...)
