Safe swimming area authorized (Lagoon). Exceptional site for kite surfing but also for relaxing family activities. Close to all amenities.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and has 3 bedrooms with a double bed and cupboards.
1 Pleasant lounge / dining area with high ceilings, comfortable and convivial with a large table.
1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge, traditional gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, self-cooker for rice, stoves and pots, complete dish service, set of tea towels).
1 bathroom with bathtub.
Independent toilets.
1 veranda + 1 open terrace.
1 secure parking for 2 MAXIMUM vehicles with manual sliding gate.

* EQUIPMENT *

- Linen provided (bedding) possibility of leaving towels depending on the number of people. Tablecloths provided.
- 1 washing machine of 7 kg
- 1 TV (TNT channels)
- 4 fans (3 standing fans in the bedrooms + 1 for the living room)
- 1 barbecue
- 3 deckchairs
- Electric mosquito repellent devices provided if necessary.

NB: There is no internet connection. The rooms are only fitted with fans (no air conditioning)
