Une agréable maison au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Vincent.
Elle est très bien entretenue et équipée. Nous avons profité des légumes du potager ainsi que des fruits du verger.
La maison est située dans un environnement très calme, idéal pour se reposer et déconnecter.

Vacances au calme avec logement approprié.
Villa agréable avec un grand terrain dont on a le plaisir de profiter de la récolte du verger et du potager sur un terrain entièrement clos.
On apprécie l'organisation d'une mise en place pour le bien- être même si la climatisation serait la bienvenue par les fortes chaleurs.
A noter:
Une amélioration sur l'entretien de la piscine serait essentiel.
Nous gardons une excellente impression de cette location.

Un effort sur l'entretien de la piscine sera fait: des réglages sont nécessaires après cette première année d'installation de la piscine.
L'installation d'une climatisation ne fait pas partie de l'éthique de la maison. La maison est bien isolée et est quasiment autonome: panneaux photovoltaïques, eau chaude solaire, chauffage au bois...
La technique provençale pour garder la fraîcheur dans la maison fonctionne très bien: ouverture des fenêtres la nuit pour faire rentrer la fraîcheur, fermeture des fenêtres la journée pour garder la fraîcheur.
Par cette technique, on arrive à maintenir une température d'environ 25 degrés à l'intérieur de la maison, malgré des températures extérieures supérieures à 40 degrés.
