Steve had very clear instructions in multiple formats (paper/digital) that I appreciated. Very warm and kind in his communications. Made himself available for smooth communications. Provided an activities guide. Top notch host!The unit was great, not a bug in sight for our visit though there was a heads up that some bugs are a given for the islands. The condo felt like a hotel, with beautiful styling and lighting- the owner clearly has a good eye for what makes a space beautiful and cozy. Included little toiletries and other thoughtful additions. Beautiful views from the balcony!Would stay again!

This place was incredible! We didn't want to leave! The view, the breeze, the balcony, quick walk to the beach and shopping areas... everything was perfect! Not to mention, Steve was far and away the best host I have ever had across any vacation rental platform. You can tell he loves this place so much and that he enjoys sharing it! He has everything considered to make sure you understand how to check in and out and how to make the most of your trip on the island! We were in Maui during a hurricane, which locked the island down for a couple of days. The condo felt safe and comfy during our down time, and Steve checked in regularly to make sure we were ok! He even graciously extended our check out time due to the inconvenience caused by the storm! We can't wait to come back!

Really enjoyed this property. Loved the view and falling to sleep to crash of waves. Owner supplied binoculars and were able to spot whales and turtles from balcony After problem with key was sorted everything was fine.Would love to stay here again.

My stay at Steve's condo was awesome, the ocean view was just gorgeous. The overall booking process with Steve was very responsive and detailed which I appreciated. The condo was super clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept well, which I sometimes don't do away from home. I never cooked, but the kitchen was very well stocked if you want to cook on vacation. The grounds surrounding the condo are nice and I used the pool everyday, most times the only one there. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and listening to the crashing ocean was very relaxing and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return soon.

We traveled to Maui as part of our 40th anniversary celebration. The condo is located in a great location in West Maui and everything is as it’s described in the listing. When we arrived, the condo was very neat and clean. Communications with Steve, our host, was very easy and efficient. You will enjoy an amazing view from the lanai and the trade winds will keep you cool and comfortable. From the lanai, you can watch the green sea turtles frolicking on the small reef in front of the complex. There’s plenty of food choices available in the area. If you want a place away from the crowds of the resorts, this is the place for you. My husband and I would happily stay here again. Mahalo Steve!

I'm biased but I think the views from this top floor unit (and third from the water) are the best of all the one bedrooms in the complex. I really like the location too. It's near all the major attractions, beaches, shops of West Maui but is away from the 'mega' resorts and crowds. And the unit is far from the road so all you hear is ocean and not cars. The place had dream views and in such a great area! Steve was very responsive and we had zero issues. The amenities and space were perfect for what we needed. If you long to sleep hearing the energy of the ocean this is your spot! Mahalo - we plan to come back!

Wonderful stay! The views were incredible—we could even see the ocean from our bed thanks to the strategically placed lanai mirror. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, coolers, and convenient laundry just one floor down. The ocean breeze kept the space perfectly comfortable. The pool and grounds were lovely, and Steve was kind and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful view of the ocean, the property grounds and pool. Relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable bed. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is a great choice!!

The condo was amazing!! The view was outstanding. Perfect for watching the sunset. There is a bakery and coffee shop within walking distance that we frequently went to. It is also very close to a variety of dining options. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful honeymoon location

Steve’s place was great. It was clean, romantic, and the perfect size for the two of us. Can’t beat the ocean front views either.
