Large three-room apartment on the ground floor overlooking the sea, large terrace facing the sea of 25 m2 with wicket for direct access to the beach.

Living room with fitted kitchen area, shower room with WC, two large bedrooms, secure private parking.
From June to September rental from Saturday to Saturday.
For 5 people (see 7): a bedroom with a 160 cm bed - a bedroom with a 0.90 bed and two bunk beds of 0.90 - sofa bed.
Equipped kitchen: hot plates, mini-oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Television. Garden Lounge.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand wie im Inserat beschrieben. Bei Ankunft nahm uns Coralie sehr herzlich in Empfang. Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Hilfe des Handys deutsch / französisch Übersetzer sehr gut bewältigt werden. Die Unterkunft selber war sauber. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Sehr gute Matratzen zum schlafen. Auch die Kinder und der Hund haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour au Barcares

Séjour très sympathique mais décevant par le comportement de l'hôte. Logement à 200m de la plage, il était indiqué que nous étions à 300m du village de Noël du Barcarès qui était à quelques kilomètre ( 6 minutes en voiture ). Logement vieillissant des années 70, à notre arrivée, évier bouché qui s'écoulait mal, vaisselle sale, poêles grasses... Pas.d'etat des lieux d'entrée main un pour la sortie de fait, lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôte, elle nous a dit que tout était nickel, 20 minutes après notre départ, elle nous a appelé pour nous dire que le fond du frigo était cassé ( nous l'avions controlè ensemble comme tout le reste, lorsque mon compagnon est revenu, il lui a montré la crasse noire dans la fissure montrant bien que cela datait et ne pouvait pas avoir été fait durant nos 4 jours sur place, de plus le sol ayant été lessivé, il nous a été reproché qu'il collait, pure invention, le logement était plus propre à notre départ qu'à notre arrivée. Logement très humide qui sentait fortement le renfermé, avec boîtes pour absorber l'humidité dans les 2 chambres et la salle de bain. Il nous a aussi été reproché d'avoir sali les rideaux de la pièce à vivre qui présentaient 2 tâches orangées à notre arrivée, cela est inadmissible, nous avons laissé 35 euros supplémentaires que madame a réclamé pour refaire le ménage, Hôte de mauvaise foi et tentant de soutirer un peu plus d'argent. Une honte! A fuir.

Un petit havre de paix

Des vacances ressourçantes dans ce bel appartement avec la mer pour compagne chaque jour ! Un super accueil de Nathalie et réactivité de Cristel la propriétaire des lieux. a l'arrivee tres forte odeur de renfermer, tres humide, salle de bain trace de moisisure tout autour de la douche et la fenetre. cuisine pas propre moisissure sur les joints du frigo, hotte pas nettoyée, impresion de laisse a l'abandon générale. 2 point positifs la place de parc et la proximité de la plage.

Guillaume est un des seuls locataire aussi exigent et très critique que nous avons jamais eu jusque là, le tarif intéressant et l'emplacement exceptionnel et nous entretenons au mieux cette appartement qui est une résidence secondaire pour nous et la location avec une personne qui est très bien et gère les locations sur place. Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé

Appartement 2 chambres avec 5 couchages en RDC avec un extérieur très appréciable et un accès direct à la plage. Il ne manque que la climatisation car les journées sont suffocantes et les nuits sont chaudes. Nous n'y sommes restées qu'une nuit, je n'aurais pas pu rester toute une semaine sans climatisation.

l'appartement est agréable et bien placé. un grand rafraîchissement est à prévoir ainsi que la remplacement du mobilier. Cabine de douche à changer. placard de l'entrée à refaire et à vider. bonne literie.

Bonjour La cabine de douche a été refaire il y a 2 ans, pour les éléments qu'ils y a dans le meuble à l'entre, certes un peu anciens, ce sont des choses que beaucoup de locataires apprécient : jeux de cartes, crayons de couleurs, documents sur les appareils de l'appartement, nécessaire à coudre, documents sur les visites à faire dans la région... Il en faut pour tout le monde. Cordialement

Magnifique!

Le gros point fort de cette location est vraiment son emplacement, juste en bordure de plage. C'est un régal de sortir le matin et d'assister direct au spectacle du lever de soleil. Mais ce n'est pas son unique point fort puisque l'appartement est également très propre, bien équipé et nous avons été très bien accueilli par Natalie, à notre arrivé comme à notre départ. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Pieds dans l'eau - vacances au top

Un logement vraiment idéal pour une famille avec (ou sans) animaux ;) Appartement avec accès direct à la plage. Au rez-de-chaussée avec un petit jardin clôturé - parfait pour notre toutou et pour des dîners sur la terrrase. Accueil de Nathalie est impeccable. La disponibilité de Christel, la propriétaire, est toujours au rendez-vous. Merci!

Location

Location qui s'est bien , idéalement placée juste à traverser un chemin piéton pour aller sur la plage. De plus en février c'était tranquille, nous avons eu le beau temps. Le prix est plus que correct en cette période. Merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli et aux propriétaires de l'appartement.

Nous sommes sapeurs pompiers professionnels tous les deux avec 2 enfants et un petit chien. Nous adorons Barcarès nous y allons quand nous pouvons. Sur place une personne Coralie gère la location pour accueillir les locataires et aider en cas de besoin.

What makes this property unique

Barcarès : vous verrez Barcarès est très sympathique, familial, la résidence où vous serez est calme. À Barcarès, il y a le marché 3 fois par semaine vivant et pleins de vendeurs; vous pouvez y aller à pieds en bordant le front de mer. La criée est à 400m de l’appartement le poisson pêché le matin un régal. Il y a un ancien bateau immense échoué le Lydia. Un village à côté à Leucate, il y a les pêcheurs d’huîtres à acheter ou déguster sur place. Pas loin vous avez 2 magnifiques villages Colloure top à visiter, et Banuyls très beau aussi où vous pourrez suivre le sentier de la mer avec masque et tuba avec des sélections de circuits de poissons top à suivre. Et plein de choses ou d’animations à voir, n’hésitez pas à aller à l’office de tourisme. Cordialement Cristel
