Minimum rental 7 nights.
Ideally located in a dead end in a quiet residential area 2.5km from the lake and downtown Annecy, you can rest on the deckchairs by the secure swimming pool, or enjoy the region (mountain hikes, swimming or walk by the lake, water sports such as paddle-windsurfing-water skiing- boat rentals ..., bike rides on the cycle path which passes near the house and continues to the end of the lake. ..)

A bus stop (direct line to the city center) is located at the exit of the housing estate.
A piano, table tennis, table football, badminton and several bikes are available. There is also a tennis club or a golf course by the lake.
You will have all the necessary comfort: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Magimix robot, Soda-Steam, induction hob, Magimix filter coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, barbecue, TVs flat screen and DVD players, Bose smartphone station.
The house has a large 70m2 living room opening onto the terrace, 4 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, 1 bathroom with double sinks, Italian shower and bathtub, 1 bathroom with double sinks and bathtub / shower, 1 playroom for children, 1 laundry room, 1 cloakroom.
Each room faces the outside (garden on the ground floor, balcony or terrace upstairs)
