Bring your own linens, bedding and towels. Paid cash for two towels for 4 ppl for 2 days. Atmosphere is nice but bathroom could have been cleaned.

This cottage was a fabulous rustic cabin in a beautiful location! The host was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. He even gave us a boat ride on the river. The private beach had everything we redesigned. What a great secluded spot!

The property is awesome! The cabin had everything we needed. Kitchen, deck, grill, fire pit, etc.. the beach area on the river was clean and had multiple boats/ rafts to use. The host John was available when anything was needed. Would definitely stay again! Everything was great!

What a find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. I would visit the area again just to stay at the cabin! The host was gracious and kind. I would recommend Pemi Shores to anyone.

This cabin/cottage was a little piece of heaven in the woods. From the view of the river from the balcony to the fresh wood scent when you walk into the cabin. Perfection! If you are looking for peace and quiet, a place where you can unwind, this is it. Double bonus - you get to bring your fur babies. We brought our two dogs and they absolutely loved it. Jane and John were the perfect hosts. Can't wait to go back!

Very quiet beautiful view of the dam and the river cabin has everything you could need the only thing negative is there was no soap or shampoo no big deal I went to the store overall though excellent would stay there again

This was a quick stop (2 nights) before meeting up for a big family vacation. Cottage was perfect. It was exactly as described, pet friendly and we were able to enjoy a couple breweries and winery all nearby. John is an excellent communicator and we were happy we booked here.

Beautiful property

We had a great stay. We came in late for checkin and John was very accommodating. The property was gorgeous and the checkin/checkout process was very straightforward. Beach was beautiful and cabin was clean and functional.

Memorial Weekend

Had a wonderfully time here ! Place and location were absolutely beautiful! John was a great host as well and the cabin was very comzy. The Franklin Dam was visible right from the outside patio and right down the street as well. Would 100% recommend and come back .
