At the Marina, you'll find the Salty Dog with its restaurants, including an outdoor area with live music, a pizza joint, and an ice cream stand.

There are also shops and a general store available at the marina, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises that leave right from the docks there. And don't miss the many children's activities available at the Salty Dog, including tie-dying in the summer months.

Located on the second floor, this villa has a lovely balcony with a view of the sound across the street. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The sand and surf are within arm's reach as you step over to the sound entrance that you see from your verandah. It's a gorgeous place to watch sunsets and dolphins, who love to swim in the waters here.

The villa has a primary bedroom with its own shower.

The second bedroom sleeps two on a king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Pool update for 2026: The South Beach pool will reopen in the Spring. The 2026 dates have not yet been announced, but it typically mid April/early May through early/mid September. Guests will be asked to sign waivers at the pool the first time that they go.
