About this property

The villa is situated on a quiet dead end in the Issambres hills above the port of "San Peire" with the regular ferry to St. Tropez. Many restaurants and shops are within approx. 3500 m distance.

The beautiful villa is characterized by the beautiful sea view from the terrace as well as from the living room and the office. A living space furnished with taste of approx. 110 sqm is equipped for up to six people.

The cozy and nicely decorated living room with fireplace and TV opens through large sliding windows to the spacious front terrace, adjacent to a desk and also a very nice view. In addition, you will find on the ground floor two bedrooms (air conditioning) and two shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers an additional dining table.

The kitchen and the two bathrooms on the first floor were completely renovated in the spring of 2023.

A nice curved staircase leads from the living room to the air-conditioned master bedroom on the first floor with a beautiful sea view and a shower room with vanity, shower and toilet.

On the side of the villa you will find the swimming pool with the measure 8,30 x 4,20 m as well as the summer kitchen with an attractive teak dining room set, other attractive garden furniture as well as six chairs long and two umbrellas.

The land of about 850 m² is completely closed and offers parking for up to two cars.

buon soggiorno

La casa è bella, i letti sono molto comodi. Non posso parlare delle dotazioni della cucina in quanto non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata. La posizione è bella per il panorama, un po' scomoda da raggiungere. Divertenti i cinghiali che girano indisturbati in zona nella notte, ma fare molta attenzione quando si è al volante.

Some disappointments

Let's begin with pointing our that the view is beautiful and the pictures of the house posted online basically match with the reality. However, there are several material points which do not allow me to write a good review: (i) maintenance is generally neglected in some important parts like most of the windows (that do not close properly) and above all the entrance gate which is virtually impossible to keep open (consequently one of the half gate has hit my car while passing, which caused me a damage of at least 500 Euro); (ii) shower drain was always clogged; (iii) the patio and the outside is not protected, since during the night we have received the visit of wild pigs in search of garbage (luckily our dogs were inside at the moment); (iv) we have not been properly instructed on how deal with garbage: in order to avoid further visits of wild pigs, every night we have been forced to take the garbage to public boxes located at 3.5 km of distance; (v) the cleaning was disappointing and we have passed all saturday afternoon to wash dishes and pots. We have of course complained with the house agent who gave us a parital discount on the cleaning fee. The general cost of the stay should suggest a more accurate and less annoying facility, I do not think we will stay there again.
