Great view!

Great views, great location! Was a very quiet neighborhood. Would come again. Only complaint was the bugs and ants inside.

Great sea view

A quiet place with great sea view. Easy communication with owner and personnel. Quite well equipped. Nice warmed pool. Slept well, good beds. To improve for next time cleanliness inside and terrasse, rainwater coming in through a cable hole during massive rain.

Thank you for your comments there was a terrible and exceptional storm which drives to this water coming through the cable hole; I will seal it of course for cleanliness, I immediately told the people in charge of to improve but they said you told them nothing during the check out which makes the improvement more complicated; please don't hesitate to give us more details

Great view of the sea

We found the view off the terrace and the open air gas grill to be the best features of the house. The property also has an unusually long 10 meter pool and a full fence around it which makes it very friendly for the dog. Beach is 5 minutes drive away. Thanks to Mr. Mattei for the nice on-site support. Jochen & Co.

Phänomenale Aussicht

Alles in allem empfehlenswert. In der Hauptwohnung gab es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Da wir zu dritt waren, hat uns diese auch gereicht und mussten nicht die Einliegerwohnung mit den 2 Zimmer mit Bad im separat zugänglichen Untergeschoss benutzen. Diese hatte ein wenig nach Keller und feucht gerochen. Ausblick und Terrasse überragend. Terrasse konnte mit Markise gut schattig gemacht werden.Agentur vor Ort professionell.Pool beheizt und Poolgröße überragend und sehr schön.Vermieter sehr freundlich und half aufgrund der Garten - und Renovierungsarbeiten in den direkt anliegenden Nachbarhäuser, die z.T. störend waren, so gut er konnte. Dafür gilt nochmals herzlichen Dank. Was ein Stern Abzug brachte war die Tatsache, dass wir für Gartenmöbel, die sehr gebraucht waren und während unseres Aufenthaltes bei normaler Nutzung durch uns unbrauchbar wurden (Schirm und 1 Stuhl), haftbar gemacht wurden und sie zahlen mussten und das obwohl sie einen bereits zu Beginn abgenutzten Zustand hatten. Das fand ich schade. Abschließen würde ich jedoch das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können, da die Aussicht überragend, Hauptwohnung schön und in Summe der Vermieter und die Agentur jederzeit für einen da waren, sofern Hilfe benötigt wurde.

During the check out, 2 items were broken as confirmed by the local concierge and both of them were bought in 2023 or 2024 so not old in case of disagreement, this should be reported during the check out otherwise there is no other way than to pay for the replacement parts

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Haus und Aussicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, Pool sauber und gepflegt, von den zwei Souterrain Zimmer ist die restliche Wohnung nur über die Außentreppe erreichbar, aber das hat uns jetzt nicht gestört. Während des Aufenthaltes waren jedoch mehrfach fremde Personen plötzlich im Garten (Poolreinigung, Gärtner etc.) ohne dass darauf beim Einchecken hingewiesen wurde. Normal sehr ruhige Wohngegend ( 1. Woche total ruhig) in der zweiten Woche wurde in den beiden angrenzenden Grundstücken mit Renovierungen begonnen, wodurch es zeitweise etwas lauter war.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa complètement conforme à sa description.La vue sur la mer est magnifique, la pièce à vivre est confortable, l’espace piscine est très calme, pas de bruits environnants…c’est une villa parfaite pour profiter d’un séjour au soleil dans le calme, tout en étant bien situés.Merci à Tony pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Andrea qui est très agréable, disponible et professionnel.

Top Unterkunft, tolle Lage, herrlicher Ausblick

Das Haus ist toll gelegen und optimal ausgestattet. Es lohnt sich, früh aufzustehen, weil man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer und die Bucht hat. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt und hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Sicht ist umwerfend, schöner als auf allen Fotos. 😀

Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön und unkompliziert. Andrea hat uns freundlich empfangen und mit vielen praktischen Informationen versorgt. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle an Andrea. Unsere Hündin hat den geschlossenen Garten voll und ganz genossen. Der Pool verlor mit der Zeit seine Wärme, dies war sicher auf Grund des Herbstwetters so. Die Lage des Hauses ist angenehm, ruhig und praktisch zentral zu verschiedenen Stränden wie auch zum schönen Gebiet um St. Aygulf. Absolut zu empfehlen zu zweit, wie auch geräumig genug für eine grosse Familie die sich gut versteht.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren sehr angetan von der "Villa Lumenaria". Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder, einen schönen, großen, beheizten Pool, und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Hang. Die Lage sorgt für eine überwältigende Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß (mit Kindern im Schlepptau) bequem in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns jederzeit wohl. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent séjour dans cette villa avec superbe vue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa des Issambres, très fonctionnelle, la vue est magnifique, la piscine et la terrasse sont supers. La villa est suffisamment spacieuse pour accommoder 5 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. La mer est à quelques minutes en voiture, et Saint-Tropez est facilement accessible par navette maritime. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très facile et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Andrea.

Good stay

Goed verblijf, mooie hoogliggende locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien… Twee aparte woningen, maar 10 personen lijkt wat optimistisch. Zou fijn zijn wat extra schoonmaakspullen te hebben, zoals stoffer en blik in woning beneden en wellicht een stofzuiger voor wat langere verblijven.

Schöne Ferien, schönes Haus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Häuschen von Tony verbracht. Der Blick ist fantastisch, der Pool groß, gepflegt und wurde für uns ausnahmsweise noch in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen beheizt, sodass wir eine herrliche Badetemperatur von 28 ° hatten. Im Haus fehlte es eigentlich an nichts. Wir waren zu fünft hier und finden eine Belegung von maximal 6 Erwachsenen oder 4 Erwachsenen und max. 4 Kindern optimal. Mit 10 Personen wäre es uns zu beengt. Was in Südfrankreich eher selten ist: Die Einfahrt ist schön groß, sodass man nicht Gefahr läuft, sich das Auto zu beschädigen. Es wäre Platz für zwei PKW hintereinander. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Woran man sich nicht stören darf, ist der Umstand, dass es keine Mülltonnen am Haus gibt und der Müll an den öffentlichen Sammelplätzen entsorgt werden muss. Das ist in Südfrankreich allerdings oft der Fall. Fazit: Ein schöner Urlaub, an den wir sicherlich gerne zurückdenken werden.
