Great Visit

The property was great and Jean Bernard and team were very helpful with communications and check-in. The villa exceeded our expectations and would recommend for anyone to come and stay here!

What a view!

Beautiful villa with a superb view - we really enjoyed our time. The communication with the agency went very well, Nicolas proved to be of great help even beyond the actual property, and also the owner was very caring.

Red house with a fantastic view and a great patio

The house met our expectations. 4 nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms and plenty of space for 8 people both inside and outside. The pool, the view and the sofa and dining area outside were especially nice.

Very nice stay

We had a very good time at the house. The communication with the owner and the agent was very good. The house has a beautiful location with a fantastic view from the terrace and the pool. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. Very good beds and bed rooms with A/C. All bedrooms with bathroom en suite. We enjoyed the time a lot. The only thing to mention: on 3 days, probably depending on temperature and wind direction, there was a disturbing Diesel smell coming from the oil tank in the basement. on these days it also came into one bedroom through the A/C. This is something that the owner should look into. Other than that I can fully recommend the house and would come again.

Wonderful

The mansion is gorgeous. With stunning view over the bay of San Peire and the entrance to the gulf of St. Tropez. San Peire is a nice little village with plenty of restaurants, bistros and nice beaches. The house is modern with 4 wonderful bedrooms and well equipped. Fast WLAN which was important for us for spontaneous working sessions with the office! The house is very clean and the service staff helps with any problem that might occur fast and uncomplicated. As well as the owner who responds qickly and helpful. We love to take our ebike with us on vacation, the house is located uphills, it takes 15 minutes from village uphill to the house by bike, it is quite steep, we could make it by our ebikes, but with normal bikes it would not be feasible by us, but this could also be caused by our bad conditions :-) Overall, we would come back onto this house !

Ein absolut wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Es ist schön wenn alles perfekt ist! Angefangen mit der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, ĂŒber den Empfang und Übergabe des Hauses, bis zum Abschied war es eine wirklich entspannte und unkomplizierte Angelegenheit. Dazwischen konnten wir das Haus mit all seinen VorzĂŒgen genießen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und alles funktionierte wunderbar. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und der Pool ist großartig. Aufgrund der verschiedenen Tiefenzonen konnte unsere Tochter dort prima schwimmen lernen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und die Aussicht bis in die Bucht von St Tropez ein Traum. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder dorthin.

Un séjour parfait dans cette villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cette villa et sommes repartis le cƓur lourd. L’annonce et les photos sont fidĂšles Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, je dirai mĂȘme qu’elle est encore plus belle! A notre arrivĂ©e tout Ă©tait parfaitement nettoyĂ©, la literie est de bonne qualitĂ©, les chambres ont quasiment toutes vue sur la mer. Les espaces extĂ©rieurs sont exquis, Ă  tel point que cela ne nous donnait mĂȘme pas envie de sortir! Aucun vis Ă  vis avec les demeures avoisinantes. A quelques petites minutes en voiture du centre. Bref une superbe expĂ©rience que nous espĂ©rons renouveler pour une durĂ©e plus longue l’annĂ©e prochaine.

L’arrivĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© facile. La vue est absolument magnifique. Piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement propre et bien chauffĂ©e. Les espace Ă©taient propres. La lingerie de lits et serviettes inclues. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool und der Sicht ist ein Traum! Auch das Haus ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden. In den Ort braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten (zurĂŒck etwas lĂ€nger, da es bergauf geht). FĂŒr uns war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Lovely stay overlooking the Mediterranean

Our stay was wonderful. It was perfect for 4 couples to stay at and convenient to go out each day to meighbouring towns. The outside area was great for dinners in the evening. The swimming pool was warm and it was great to swim and look out over the Mediterranean Sea.

Wonderful house

We loved staying at this property. The pool, especially, was our favorite. There was ample space and seating indoors and outdoors. It was a little further away from grocery stores and other amenities, but that was a small complaint compared to our overall experience there. Completely relaxing, beautiful surroundings. Thank you!

Vue Exceptionnelle

TrĂšs bon accueil.Les photos sont conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ© (mis Ă  part un cĂąble Ă©lectrique). La villa est bien fournie en vaisselle, serviette et autres. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©, les chambres spacieuses. Mais l’essentiel est Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. On commence par une sono pilotĂ©e en bluetooth, puis une merveilleuse piscine et un magnifique kiosque pour les apĂ©ros ou autres moments de dĂ©tentes. Le tout avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Superbe villa , vacances géniales en famille

Une superbe semaine passĂ©e en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Merci Ă  Audrey pour l accueil et sa disponibilitĂ© et aux propriĂ©taires Les photos ne mentent pas, nous avons beaucoup profitĂ© de la piscine et de sa vue paradisiaque du matin au soir Nous avons petit dĂ©jeunĂ© , dĂ©jeunĂ© et dinĂ© sur la table extĂ©rieure oĂč nous nous rĂ©galions de la vue Ă  chaque fois. La piscine au top pour les petits de 2 ans et 5 ans qui ont profitĂ© Ă  fond sur le bord car ils avaient pieds ! Piscine trĂšs bien chauffĂ©e avec des enceinte extĂ©rieure au top nous pouvions nous mette un fond de musique tous les jours pour l ambiance. L intĂ©rieur de la maison est tout aussi bien mais nous en profitons moins. Le coin est charmant avec le Spar juste en bas qui suffit pour faire les courses que nous avions besoin . Nous n avons rencontrĂ© aucun problĂšme , tout s est bien passĂ© ; nous reviendrons c est sĂ»re 😉

Maison parfaite avec vue magnifique et piscine à débordement

La maison est trĂšs originale, moderne, dans un coin coin calme. Elle est parfaitement bien conçue avec une salle de bain pour chacune des 4 chambres, un lounge extĂ©rieur trĂšs confortable avec vue magnifique oĂč nous avons vĂ©cu la plupart du temps lors de notre sĂ©jour et une piscine de 12m profonde et Ă  dĂ©bordement. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La personen qui s'occupe de l'entretien est charmante et disponible en cas de question. Nous avons adorĂ©

Un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able dans une trĂšs jolie maison, superbement amĂ©nagĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e. Les photos et le descriptif du site Abritel donnent Ă  cet Ă©gard une idĂ©e parfaitement fidĂšle de la rĂ©alitĂ©. Nous avons amplement profitĂ© de la terrasse (sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur place), de la piscine et du trĂšs cosy « coin apĂ©ro », d’oĂč nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir, de jour comme de nuit, Ă  contempler la superbe vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez. Les rapports avec le propriĂ©taire et les personnes chargĂ©es de l’entretien de la maison et de la piscine ont toujours Ă©tĂ© empreints de simplicitĂ© et de cordialitĂ©. Evidemment, rien n’est accessible sans voiture de la maison, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Pour notre part, malgrĂ© la prĂ©sence Ă  quelque deux kilomĂštres de la maison d’une supĂ©rette Casino, nous avons choisi de faire la route (compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes) jusqu’au Chemin des Virgiles Ă  Sainte-Maxime, oĂč nous avons pu faire nos courses aux « Comptoirs de la bio » ainsi que dans l’une ou l’autre des trois boulangeries/pĂątisseries qui se trouvent juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Nous sommes Ă©galement allĂ©s plusieurs fois Ă  la plage de la Nartelle, particuliĂšrement paisible et dotĂ©e de plusieurs parkings trĂšs commodes. Une chose est sĂ»re, nous reviendrons.

Sehr schöne Villa mit schöner Aussicht

Die Villa war genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist auch wie auf den Bildern auch noch nicht verlebt alles noch in einem guten Zustand. Es waren 2 Grills vorhanden Kaffeemaschine und auch eine voll ausgerĂŒstete KĂŒche mit Mikrowelle, SpĂŒlmaschine usw. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Amazing holiday

We stayed with our friends for a week at JB’s wonderful villa and don’t most of the time in the amazing pool enjoying the stunning view and watching the super yachts arriving and leaving St Tropez. The view was even more beautiful at night. The villa is perfect for a group of friends, as every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and it is really well equipped with everything you need. Outside apart from the pool there is a lovely covered area and outdoor dining table and gas BBQ, which we used every day. We really hope to return next year.

Charmante Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei großen Kindern den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles ist gemĂŒtlich und sehr gerĂ€umig- fĂŒr uns vier sowieso, aber auch fĂŒr acht Personen besteht genug Platz. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft! Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.
