Filippa House is located on the seafront of the country, in a quiet area just steps from the sea and the marina. Very convenient for its location as close to all amenities, such as restaurants, bars, wine, tobacco, bank, post office, supermarkets, bus stop, beach. The house located on the first floor has a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with three-seater sofa, fully equipped kitchen with sea view balcony and wooden sun deck with table and chairs, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
New furniture and well cared for in a sober, equipped with dishes, iron, ironing board, clothes line, washing machine, phone, TV, appliances and kitchen accessories to complete.

Access FREE INTERNET ADSL WI-FI.

On arrival the owners will accompany you in the apartment showing you all the available and after the delivery of the keys and the balance due, always at your request will be happy to accompany you for a small tour through the streets of the country, to introduce you to the places, beaches , restaurants, shops that can be useful for your vacation.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was exactly as described, more than enough room for the two of us. Beautifully decorated and modern. When we arrived, there was a little welcome basket with breakfast treats and some hand sanitizer. Communication with the owner was also very good. The location was perfect for us, just off the main strip and a 10 min walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and possibly use again ourselves in the future.

E andato tutto bene. Proprietari sempre disponibili. Buona localizzazione per andare in spiaggia e anche vicino a tutto il resto (supermercati, etc) nel paese.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Balestrate!

Die Objektbeschreibung passt zu 100%. Absolut zentrale Lage, die Strände sind zu Fuß in max. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsstraße mit Supermärkten, Bäckereien und Restaurants ist praktisch um die Ecke. Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist Vermieter Daniele, bei Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken und einem Kuchen bestückt. Außerdem ist er sehr hilfsbereit, als wir keinen Mietwagen bekamen, brachte er uns nach Scopello und zurück zum Flughafen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Bel emplacement

Appartement agréable, propre, situé au 1er étage sur 3 d'un immeuble récent. Il offre une belle vue sur la mer depuis le petit balcon et sur la baie depuis le toit terrasse partagé. L'appartement est en bord de mer à 2 minutes des commerces (supérette, boulangerie, traiteur, épicerie, poissonnerie, loueur de voitures) et restaurants (pas mal de choix). Très calme lors de notre séjour en avril. Situation parfaite pour visiter cette belle région (moins d'une heure de Selinonte par exemple)

Great holidays

We want to leave our review. We arrived at the casa Filippa on Sunday 4 September. Daniele met is at the airport on time and delivered to the apartments. Casa as described, spacious, bright apparamenty with stunning sea views. It was nice that Daniela took care of us and left in the refrigerator water and ice tea. suites in a good air conditioner, internet, new plumbing net. The big plus was the availability of children's car seats, umbrella for the beach. All the problems that we have had Diniele kindly helped us to solve even gave us the car for navigation. We are delighted that you have chosen casa Filippa, we will recommend to friends and definitely come back ourselves! Daniele, thanks for everything!

Posizione STRATEGICA!!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato nella casa vacanza Filippa con altri 2amici: eccellente scelta!Abbiamo trovato un appartamento ristrutturato pulito e con buoni spazi, a 2 passi dalla strada principale del paese, da bar ristoranti supermercato locali e a soli dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente ritorneremo in questa splendida isola in piena estate per goderci il caldo. Ringraziamo di vero cuore la Signora Anna e suo marito Daniele che ci hanno consigliato il meglio per trascorrere un ottima vacanza. A presto
