Great home base for exploring western Sicily

We really enjoyed our week long stay, our accommodation was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed meeting fellow travellers staying at the property. Would book again.

Serene rustic resort

Beautiful grounds. Quiet and peaceful. Gardens ripe with fruit and flora. Like waking up in a Sicilian painting. Beautiful pool and close to the beach and Terrasini.

Totally Adorable...a treat...fantastic

We spent 14 marvelous days on site and enjoyed every moment. The place is gorgeous and the sight from the pool is marvelous. I cannot recall to have ever met such friendly hosts. We will come back one day.

A few days in Heaven

Very short trip with my family in this amazing property. Stefania, the owner is always available to help and give advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All around the rustic cottage there is greenery, plants and gardens. It's like living in a botanical garden. Peace, serenity and nature are the masters.

NICE POOL - not that nice flat

Pool and garden is very nice, our flat and the maintenance Level was bad. Old and sometimes broken Interior. The Pictures not telling the truths. MAJOR ISSUES: old interior, the really bad mattrasses and two of five days we had over the day some ugly smell (waste) coming with the wind.

Das Anwesen war schön angelegt, jedoch die Wohneinheit für 4 Personen war zu klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, die Bäder unzumutbar. Der Terrassenbereich war heruntergekommen, kein WLAN im Haus. Wer sich gerne von Katzen, Hunden und vor allem Stechmücken belästigen lassen will, ist hier richtig. Fazit: Für den Preis in der Nebensaison inakzeptabel.

Schöner Blick auf den Golfo di Castellammare

Zum Abschluss unseres Sizilienurlaubs haben wir 2 Nächte auf dem Anwesen von Giovanni verbracht. Die Lage mit Blick über den Pool auf den Golf von Castellammare ist toll. Wer etwas Ruhe abseits der Metropole Palermo sucht und mit eigenem Auto unterwegs ist, findet sie hier.

Idéal pour découverte sicile occidentale

Bénédiction cette merveilleuse piscine (et la clim !) pour résister aux 45 degrés fin juillet 🙏 emplacement parfait pour visiter Palerme, Trapani et Castelmmare del golfo. On a poussé plus loin pour découvrir Cefalu et Agrigente. Stefania au top pour le contact sur place grazie. Thomas et Anneso

Heel goed bevallen in Casa Panoramica, met mooi uitzicht op zee wat de naam al aangeeft. De 2 slaapkamers hebben airco wat een aangename verrassing was met de hitte. Prachtig zwembad met view, echt top! Keuken is erg summier uitgerust, maar hé, het is vakantie! Fijne en snelle communicatie met de eigenaar.

Formidable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie et paisible propriété. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, la piscine et sa vue sont magnifiques et nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison (+++ pour l'air conditionné dans les chambres et la décoration de la chambre parentale). L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région de Palerme, voiture indispensable. Notre fille de 8 ans en gardera de magnifiques souvenirs!

Schöner Ort mit ein Paar "Aber"

Die Location an sich ist wunderschön. Eigentlich genauso wie auf den Bildern. Unser Haus, das "Panorama House" war richtig süß – ein gemütliches Haus mit einer liebevoll ausgewählten Vintage Einrichtung, umgeben von einem traumhaften tropisch-meditirranem Garten. Die Terrasse erlaubte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist ein wirklich schöner und erholsamer Ort. Wenn wir irgendwelche Bitten hatten, wurden sie sofort erfüllt, die Kommunikation war super. Aber 1: Nah an der Autobahn gelegen, man hört ein leichtes Grundrauschen von den Fahrzeugen. Ist nicht sehr laut, aber ein Grundrauschen ist da. Aber 2: Man muss seinen Müll selber zur Mülldeponie fahren. Das heißt alles außer Kompost muss man in sein Auto packen und in die 10 Minuten entfernte Stadt fahren. Man ist also die Müllabfuhr. Und das ist meiner Meinung nach das größte Problem. Denn im Urlaub möchte man nicht mit Müll im Auto durch die Gegend fahren. Aber 3: Man darf nicht mal einwenig Toilettenpapier in den Abfluss werfen, denn es verstopft sofort. Und das bedeutet, dass man auch den Toilettenmüll selbst in der Stadt entsorgen muss. Aber 4: Das Bad ist schon echt älter und kleiner als auf den Fotos. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken im Bad waren die ganze Zeit verstopft. Der Besitzer sagte, es liegt an den Baumwurzeln... Kann sein, aber es ist unangenehm. Aber 5: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist eine Katastrophe. Unbedingt eine komplette Versicherung abschließen und gaaaanz langsam hochfahren zum Grundstück. Alle, den diese 5 Punkte nichts ausmachen, werden wirklich einen traumhaften Urlaub an diesem Ort haben. Es ist ein ganz liebevoll gestaltete Anlage mit Geschmack und Privatsphäre. Tipp: Starken Mückenschutz mitnehmen! Wir danken Giovanni, seiner Frau und Mr.&Mrs. Kandana für den schönen Aufenthalt.

we are glad that you enjoyed our country houses and caught the rustic yet relaxing spirit of a stay in our property The problem of the bathroom (really linked to the roots of the tree) has been solved as for the garbage, having rented a house, not a hotel room, it is normal to take care of its disposal, moreover just a few minutes from the house, near the supermarket have a nice journey back home

Quel beau panorama que ce soit de la terrasse du logement ou de la piscine qui est très bien entretenue. Très bon accueil et toujours prêt à nous conseiller. Le logement correspond à la description, la literie est confortable. C’est une adresse à retenir pour passer un bon moment.

We haved stayed here from 15/9 until 22/9. Sicily is beautiful Island with many different landscapes. We found one week was to short. The house was perfect and authentick. gemütliches Feriendomizil mit perfektem Pool und Aussicht auf´s Meer

einfache Unterkunft, aber alles da, was gebraucht wird (Küchenausstattung, Ablagen, Wifi) gepflegte Anlage (Haus, Pool und Garten) - aber abenteuerliche Zufahrt bis zum Stellplatz, hier sind doch ein paar Löcher aufzufüllten, damit die Reifen nicht zu sehr strapaziert werden und man nicht aufsetzt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos - Abstimmungen vorab mit E-Mail, WhatsApp oder telefonisch auf Englisch möglich, auch vor Ort Betreuung bei Bedarf jederzeit gewährleistet, kurze Anreise von Palermo (Flughafen oder Fähre) für Familienurlaub empfehlenswert

Il relax e la bellezza

Sono tornato in questo meraviglioso posto dopo 2 anni, soggiornando per 9 giorni in casa Portico. Eravamo 3 adulti e 2 bambini. Come in precedenza ci siamo trovati benissimo e anzi meglio, visti i miglioramenti apportati dai proprietari che come sempre ci hanno garantito cortesia, pulizia e consigli. La piscina è davvero meravigliosa e i bambini si sono divertiti a portare il cibo al pollame e sul prato all'inglese che fronteggia le case. Torneremo ancora!

Lovely appartments with extraordinary view

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Zucco due to the hosts, the swimmingpool, the silence and the autenthic appartment. we picked oranges out of the garden and made are own orangejuice. The people on Sicily are very kind and hospitable. If you don't like cats, you would might have a problem. There are some hanging around the property. Anyway, we would love to come again!

Rustic Cottage in the Country

Be prepared to search hard to find this property whcih is well worth the effort. We had to phone to be collected as there are no signs to indicate where this is. A car is a must as the site is totally enclosed although beautiful. Good accomodation but kitchen facilities very worn and could be updated, Not sure where the washing machine was and think I was the dishwasher! Also needed my "see in the dark glasses"in the house but I am not Siciian! If you want peace and quiet, relaxation and love nature this is for you.
