The house has a capacity of 4 beds and is equipped with bed linen and towels. Thanks to the fully functional wood burning fireplace, the house can be used both for summer holidays and for the winter holiday season.
With independent access from the garden, the interior consists of a spacious living room with armchairs, a fireplace and dining area with kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, full set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, dishes, microwave and refrigerator ; sitting area with sofa. Additionally, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area, pleasantly shaded by bougainvillea, has a dining table with garden chairs and a barbecue. Summer perfect for outdoor dining, is sheltered enough to be used also in the autumn months.

Leuk huisje in de buurt van Terrasini

Een leuk huisje met een prettig buiten op een vakantiepark. Met een prachtig zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Het nadeel is dat je echt een auto nodig hebt om ergens naartoe te gaan en dat je dichtbij de snelweg zit.

Little piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool with the view is amazing. The garden is a true piece of Mediterranean paradise. Very well located for daytrips and eating out. The owners and caretaker very friendly and helpfull. We recommend this place!

Maison agréable

La maison est sympathique même si elle n’est pas très équipée. Elle est isolée des autres maisons et permet donc d’etre Tranquille. La piscine est très agréable et offre une vue superbe. Deux bémols : le bruit de l’ autoroute qui n’est pas très loin ce qui gâche un peu. Enfin, on est arrivé dans la soirée (donc pas de supermarché ouvert) et heureusement que l’on avait prévu un paquet de pâtes dans la valise sinon nous nous serions retrouvés sans rien à manger jusqu’au lendemain.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour à La Maison Laghetto Nos maisons sont intentionnellement simples, pour un séjour relaxant à la campagne L'autoroute est derrière notre propriété, mais heureusement, elle ne dérange pas En arrivant le soir, les magasins sont fermés, mais en Sicile, il y a de nombreux et excellents restaurants! A presto!

très beau domaine et superbe piscine

Nous conseillons cette réservation surtout pour le cadre du domaine : espaces verts magnifiques, domaine très bien entretenu où il est très agréable de se promener. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur mer est superbe et là aussi très bien entretenue. Monsieur Kandana qui s'occupe du domaine est très professionnel et nous le remercions pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité (vous pouvez lui demander un truc et vous l'avez très rapidement). Pour le logement, c'est plus simple et décoration ancienne mais ça a son charme et il y a ce qu'il faut. Attention, la deuxième chambre est en duplex donc moins pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Mais sinon très bien. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au milieu de ce domaine propre et ombragé, un peu en contraste avec la Région de Palerme.

Schöner geht es kaum, wir haben uns richtig zuhaus

Das Anwesen liegt in einem riesigen Garten, wunderschön angelegt mit Palmen und unglaublich viele Blumen und Kakteen. Ursprünglich einen Bauernhof, jetzt in mehreren Ferienhäusern ausgebaut, hat jedoch der alte Charme beibehalten. Das es mehrere Ferien-Häuser auf das große Grundstück gibt, stört nicht, jeder hat sein Privatsphäre. Der Aussicht über den Golf von Policastaro ist atemberaubend, der Swimmingpool ca. 18 Meter lang, reicht nicht nur zum Planschen, hier kann man richtig schwimmen. Der nächste Strand liegt ca. 5 km entfernt. Auto ist erforderlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein Grill steht auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Bett und Matratze sind bequem, das Haus hat Airkon. Die letzte 200 Meter Straße zum Haus ist nicht bepflastert, ist ein bisschen holprig, ist aber kein Problem. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

Endroit de rêve!

Endroit exceptionnel, gîtes magnifiques et plein de charme, piscine de rêves, végétations luxuriantes, une vue à couper le souffle sur le Golfe de Palerme et des propriétaires d'une gentillesse incroyable! Pace e relax

Scegliere di passare il nostro soggiorno in una delle case vacanze Zucco è stata la migliore delle scelte che potessimo fare. E' un luogo incantato dove trovare pace a tranquillità a due passi dalla città di Palermo e a due passi dai migliori posti dove andare al mare.

Ritorneremo in Sicila

Casa Laghetto è davvero particolare, così come tutto il contesto dello Zucco, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, in casa non mancava nulla, siamo stati accolti in maniera molto cordiale ed abbiamo fatto anche il bagno in piscina a Marzo! abbiamo visto tanti luoghi interessanti nelle vicinanze, ma vogliamo ritornare perchè c'è ancora molto altro da vedere. Una nota particolare va al cibo davvero variegato e gustoso, oltre ad una infinita scelta di vini.
