The accommodation was beautifully presented with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. It seems to be on a half built residential area but all was quiet and calm. There was music to be heard from a nearby event place but that added to the evening atmosphere for us. The garden and pool were very well kept and attractive.Check in was straightforward and the hosts were helpful.We had some good trips out from here with some interesting places to visit in the car. Litter seemed to be a problem everywhere on the island unfortunately, including the beaches and sea. We were very comfortable in the apartment and would definitely recommend.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appart spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et 1 grande piscin

GIUSEPPE nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. L'appartement est spacieux et très agréable. La vue sur l'amer et tout le golfe est splendide. Giuseppe à su créer un beau jardin, bien entretenu qui sert d'écran à une grande piscine, rare de trouver une aussi grande piscine dans une location.. La position est idéale pour visiter cette partie delà sicile jusqu'à Agrigente. Je recommande ++++

Casa meravigliosa con vista sul golfo

Il Signor Giuseppe è un proprietario accurato e puntuale. Abitazione con terrazzo, al primo piano, dotata di tutti i confort ed arredata con gusto. Splendido e ben tenuto il giardino e molto comoda la piscina. Dal terrazzo vista di tutto il golfo fino al faro di capo san vito, con il mare che muta colore a seconda delle ore della giornata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Uitstekend verblijf

Woning is prachtig gelegen met vanop het terras een adembenemend zicht. Gastheer was bij onze aankomst niet aanwezig maar check-in verliep perfect. Hij nam telefonisch contact op met ons voor een perfecte rondleiding. Later tijdens ons verblijf hebben we met hem kunnen praten en je kon hem alles over de buurt vragen. Echt een aanrader.

Traumwohnung

Eine tolle Wohnung! Exakt wie beschrieben und mit einem tollen, großen Pool und einer traumhaften Sicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wir hatten die obere Wohnung mit Balkon/Terrasse. Ich kann nur empfehlen nach Möglichkeit diese Wohnung zu buchen, da die Aussicht phänomenal ist! Alles sehr sauber. Küche lediglich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung des Hauses schreckt im ersten Moment etwas ab, da in der Umgebung noch bei weitem nicht alle Grundstücke bebaut sind. Das Haus und das zugehörige gesamte Grundstück sind toll angelegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder bUchen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung zu einem moderaten Preis.

Wunderbarer Meeresblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe dekoriert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern und großzügig. Hervorragend geeignet für Familien. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön, wir haben dort immer gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen, was wir sehr genossen haben. Verschiedene Strände und umliegende Städte wie Trapani sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch Palermo ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders beliebt bei den Kindern, aber auch den Erwachsenen, war der moderne, großzügige und stets saubere Pool. Der Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und diskret. Klare Buchungsempfehlung!

Panorama mozzafiato

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di sopra, bello ben arredato e molto funzionale. Il silenzio con il rumore del vento e del mare cullano il sonno, le serate in terrazza sono piacevolissime. Bella piscina e giardino curato completano il tutto. Il panorama che si gode su tutto il golfo cambia a tutte le ore, ma emoziona sempre. È necessario avere l’auto. Unico neo, non funzionava il Wi-Fi. Per il resto 10e lode. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale.

Da quanto ne sappiamo pare che abbiate avuto un problema con la connessione interna ma che la connessione esterna funzionava correttamente potendone usufruire. Normalmente Il Wi-Fi sia quello esterno che quello all’interno degli appartamenti ha sempre funzionato in modo sodisfacente per i nostri ospiti. Verificheremo con la massima attenzione se ci sia un problema e nel caso lo risolveremo immediatamente scusandoci con i nostri ospiti per l’inconveniente.

Tolle Anlage nahe Palermo

Das Gebäude ist ein Doppelhaus. Die eine Hälfte bewohnt der Vermieter, die andere Hälfte ist in zwei Ferienwohnungen aufgeteilt. Man muss sich die Anlage also mit einem weiteren Mieter teilen. Wir hatten die obere Wohnung und daher einen sensationellen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr zurückhaltend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Morgens kommt ein Transporter einer Bäckerei und verkauft aus dem Wagen heraus hervorragendes Gebäck und Brot/Brötchen. Allerdings sollte man da zeitlich sehr flexibel sein, denn er erscheint irgendwann zwischen 9 Uhr und 11 Uhr. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und das Wasser angenehm warm. Das Auto, das übrigens dringend notwendig ist, kann in der Anlage geparkt werden. Um den Pool gibt es 10 Liegen, so dass sicher jeder eine eigene Liege zur Verfügung hat. Der Garten ist aufwändig mit Palmen angepflanzt. In der Wohnung ist alles sauber und sehr neu. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Zusätzlich steht ein Klappbett zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Allerdings steht nur eine genau abgezählte Anzahl von Messern, Tellern,... zur Verfügung. Die Dusche ist eine Multifunktionsdusche mit Regenfunktion und Massagedüsen. Der Fernseher empfängt leider keine deutschen Programme. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Danke Giuseppe!

Great sea views, modern villa.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Perla. The view from the balcony is amazing (great sunsets) and the apartment is modern and clean with air con in each room. We were in the top floor apartment, there is another apartment rented underneath and Giuseppe lives in the other half of the building so we shared the huge pool with one other family (Giuseppe didn’t use the pool while we were there). You do need a car - nowhere to eat within walking distance but nice places within 5mins drive. The bakery van comes daily to the villa - amazing pastries for breakfast each day. We liked Northern Sicily - relaxed atmosphere and friendly people. We would happily recommend this lovely apartment.
