Villa Rosemada, surrounded by nature and silence, is located in the seaside resort of Mondello. Its position makes it the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday, to discover the historical and artistic beauties of the city of Palermo and to enjoy the enchanting beaches of the area, from the most renowned beach in the Gulf of Mondello to the most naturalistic ones. and exclusive bathing areas of the enchanting reserve of Capo Gallo, Barcarello and Isola delle Femmine.
Villa Rosemada is a splendid holiday home located on the first floor of a villa, with an exclusive and independent entrance and garden. It is equipped with two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and a large outdoor area surrounded by greenery with a barbecue area, ping-pong table, dining area, solarium and many relaxation areas, there's also a pool in a shared area.
The house is equipped with every comfort: free Wi-fi, flat-screen TV in each room, heat pumps with air conditioning, towels and sheets. In addition, bicycles will be made available to guests to better explore our seaside village.
Guests can independently access the house. Parking is inside the villa and free.
Dario, an attentive, cheerful and enthusiastic owner, lives on the lower floor of the villa with his sweet dogs Chica and Brenda and is therefore at your complete disposal for any requests. It is also available to provide maximum support in organizing excursions by giving you the best information on places to visit.
If you love water sports Dario, thanks to his passion for surfing, sup, wakeboarding, windsurfing and kitesurfing, will be happy to guide you in the best structures in the area, making you live unique experiences.
