Great house with lots of stuff to guarantee a fun stay. Lovely heated pool and lots of places to sit and enjoy the lovely garden. The house is cosy and has everything you need. We went grocery shopping at Supermarche Match in Chaumont-en-Vexin ( A 15 minute / 13km drive)

Family holiday

The property was perfect for our needs, 3 generations of family wanting a quiet break in really beautiful countryside. The excellent house facilities and outside garden, pool & seating areas provided that. The countryside around is beautiful, set on the edge of a small pretty village. Unfortunately the only shop was closed for refurbishment so it was a 20min drive to do the croissant run in the morning,

I’m saddened to say I was disappointed on arrival of the appearance of the property. I spent 2 hours cleaning , placing allThe glasses, plates and cutlery in the dishwasher due to being dirty , tidying the outside space due to the lack of care and attention. The toilet seat upstairs was broken and in this bathroom the shower didn’t work properly and wallpaper was ripped off the wall. I got fed up with taking photos in the end. It had a 9.6 rating which I thought would mean a well kept looked after property but I was mistaken.We were woken up at 7.30am one morning by gardeners arriving , they had left the main gate open and we had 2 dogs with us - leaf blowers going of and strimmers not very relaxing in the end I had to ask them to leave as the management company or owner didn’t respond to advice they had asked them to leave following my request, the only reply was they didn’t know they were arriving . It’s such a shame as this could be a lovely holiday villa if they cared. And also the strong smell of smoke on arrival - had to open all the windows A really shame !

Vous avez demandé une arrivée anticipée, un départ tardif et la présence de vos animaux : nous avons tout accepté. La maison était prête, mais avancer l’heure laisse forcément moins de temps pour que tout soit impeccable. Vos chiens ont adoré le jardin et nous ont laissé quelques souvenirs 🐾, tout en aboyant au grand plaisir du voisinage. Vous critiquez l’entretien alors que la présence des jardiniers prouve justement le contraire. Vous vous êtes plaint de la température de la piscine, mais sans respecter la consigne de fermer le toit, ce qui empêche bien sûr l’eau de rester plus chaude. Nous regrettons que votre séjour ne vous ait pas convenu, mais nous préférons accueillir des voyageurs respectueux des lieux et des règles, afin que tout le monde puisse profiter pleinement du calme et du confort de la maison.

Mooie accommodatie, alles erop en eraan. Jammer dat de jacuzzi niet meer aanwezig is, zoals vermeld tijdens de boeking, maar ondanks dat fijn verblijf gehad. De service van Fabrice is super! Deze accommodatie is zeker een aanrader.

Weekend entre amis !

Lors d'un rassemblement avec quelques amis, nous avons grandement apprécié le confort exceptionnel de la maison de Fabrice, notamment grâce à la présence d'un jacuzzi. Les échanges avec lui ont été rapides et efficaces. Merci également pour sa flexibilité concernant l'entrée et la sortie du logement. Seul bémol, bien que logique pour cette période de l'année, l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine.

Beaucoup d'espace et équipés

La maison est spacieuse avec plusieurs salles de bains et des grands espaces pour se retrouver. Elle possède aussi de nombreux équipements pour passer le temps si vous souhaitez ne pas trop bouger autour du logement, en intérieur comme en extérieur. L'hôte était facilement accessible et nous aiguillait toujours de manière claire. Merci encore à lui

Un excellent séjour en famille de 0 à 80 ans !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, y compris avec 2 bébés et 1 enfant de 4 ans. La maison est excellemment équipée (cuisine, tv, divertissement et jeux…), moderne, avec un jacuzzi très agréable, les salles de bain et spécifiquement les douches sont modernes et très confortables. 2 bémols relativement anecdotiques : la chasse d’eau des toilettes à l’étage mériterait d’être réparée solidement pour bien fonctionner, et les surfaces et poussières auraient pu être davantage soignées pour notre arrivée. Malgré celà, je recommande à 100% et nous y retournerons volontiers je l’espère, notamment pour profiter de la piscine à un moment plus chaud !

Gorgeous home in French countryside !

We had an incredible experience at this home in Lavilletertre. The home is an oasis and the views from the front porch are breath taking. The chickens were an added bonus for my 4 year old son (and us for the fresh eggs)! We also spent hours in the pool and hot tub each day! Perfect for a family getaway in quaint French countryside. I highly recommend visiting the nearby town of Gisors for their market on Friday or Sunday, and eating at the brasserie Jean Bart! Also recommend visiting the supermarket “libre fruit” in Gisors as well.. such gorgeous and local products! This quaint town also has direct trains to Paris and also is only 1 hour 15 min from Disneyland Paris- which we visited with our son one day! We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Peaceful holiday location

It was clear that a lot of work had recently taken place and that some work was incomplete. In spite of this we had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and the jacuzzi. We would definitely book again.

La propriété est située dans un cadre splendide . La maison est tenue impeccablement . La décoration est vraiment top , tout y est pour s'y sentir chez soi . Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine au vue de la saison mais le jacuzzi était une très bonne expérience . Merci beaucoup de la confiance accordée par le propriétaire ! Je recommande vivement .
