The house is spacious and was very clean. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool was spotless and there is a nice covered patio that we thoroughly enjoyed. Its is even nicer than the photos show. I highly recommend this house.

We couldn't have asked for a better trip Mark's property is perfect for a central area to see multiple springs. We had a great time and the pool was an extra cherry on top. All that needs to be said is if your thinking about booking a trip DO IT. You won't be disappointed.

We were all thrilled with our stay in Crystal River. The home was lovely and well appointed. The pool was in use regularly. We used the kayaks to go to Three Sisters Springs, which was delightful. The only disappointment was our lack of scallops and the boat rental. Neither of which had anything to do with our hosts or the property. Dinner at the Freezer in Homasassa Springs brought back old memories of previous trips. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home. Should we return to Crystal River, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to your lovely place. Bev and Family

Perfect place for a get together. Well equipped and maintained. Multiple common areas to visit and pool and kayaks a bonus for sure!!! Close to attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!
