Vacation like a local! This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in one of Islamorada’s quaintest and quietest neighborhoods of just 40 residences.

This home is bright and tropically decorated. The master suite features a private bath with shower. The second bedroom shares the hall bath with the main living area.

The backyard has a large Tiki Hut to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather and an outdoor fenced in shower to rinse off after a day on the water or a bike ride.

There is a large closed in air-conditioned porch right off the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you start your day or sit and unwind at the end of each day. From the porch, you can see the private park exclusively for the neighborhood.

Close to restaurants, charter boats and outdoor activities.

This home is the perfect spot for a Florida Keys retreat.

The house was in a very convenient area. Habanos and Safari grill in walking distance. Both very good places to eat. The house, was well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Location, GreatExperience

We stayed in the "Big Blue House" in March. The house is situated in a great little residential neighborhood on Lower Matecumbe Key. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Close enough to all the restaurants and shops in Islamorada and about 30 minutes from Marathon. House was fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils you will need plus all linens, towels, soap, shampoo etc. Just bring your food and clothes. All the rooms were large with the added bonus of a full size "Tiki" bar and bonus room on the lower lever. We also had access to a couple of bikes, grill and fishing gear. Good outdoor space to enjoy the weather. We felt right at home from the start. Our Hosts were awesome and very attentive to our questions and needs. We highly recommend this rental.

Hidden gem is right!! Definitely need wheels for restaurants and groceries. Great accomadations.We would rent it again
