Très bien situé , mal entretenu , très mal agencé , à éviter
Appartement pas du tout confortable , équipements électriques pas aux normes , très peu de prises de courant , coin cuisine et SDB minuscules , électroménager non accessible (pas de recul pour accéder à la porte du four , impossible d'ouvrir en totalité la porte du lave-vaisselle qui bute sur le meuble de l'évier , four micro-ondes encombrant posé sur la table bar) , pomme de douche fixe trop basse (obligé de se mettre à genoux pour se laver) , cuvette WC trop proche de la porte.
Equipements en mauvais état (lattes du canapé lit cassées et housse déchirée , poignées des portes de douche cassées , les fenêtres des chambres ferment très mal , rideaux en mauvais état et tringles mal conçues , mobilier de terrasse sale et étendoirs à linge rouillés)
Heureusement que la taille de la terrasse et la vue ont sauvé le séjour et peu atténué le cout de la location.

Appartement bien agencé et très bien équipé.
Belle vue sur la mer et la plage. La piscine bien entretenue est un plus si trop de vent sur la plage. Résidence calme et très bien située, avec les commerces à proximité. A recommander.

Bien trop cher pour cet appartement proche de la vétusté. Ce bien peut soit disant accueillir 6 personnes : venez avec votre vaisselle car il n’ a pas le compte ( ex: 3 petites cuillères, 1 verre à vin et 4 petits verres). Les portes Wc et salle de bain se bloquent ( notre fille est restée coincée). Baie vitrée dangereuse, nous avons du la laisser ouverte en permanence par peur qu’elle ne casse. Pas de store, seulement des rideaux non occultant. Tv qui fonctionne une fois sur 3. La fausse cheminée cassée et décrochée du mur. Résidence très bruyante et mal entretenue. Accès piscine limitée (cela ne nous a pas été précisé lors de la réservation). Pas de 4G: possibilité de prendre un abonnement wifi le temps du séjour mais service déplorable. Bref hormis un emplacement idéale, le reste n’est pas à la mesure du prix demandé.
