You will love this private setting - cottage on 5 acres backing up to a forested mountainside.

Stay in our comfortable, well-furnished home, and you’ll get to experience all the beauty and fun that Evergreen, Colorado has to offer! Hikes in every corner of our town that are perfect both in the summer and winter! Ice skating, ice fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and everything in between at the famous Evergreen Lake (just 15 min away from property). Visit the historic Little Bear Saloon, where you‘ll hear all the best local musicians and enjoy a drink or great meal! Just the tip of the iceberg of all you’ll find in Evergreen. See below for some additional ideas on some of the many unique opportunities our mountain town has to offer! It’s the perfect getaway for your family or group- you don’t have to go far for so many interesting things to do!!

One minute access to I-70; perfect to stage day-trips to so many Colorado adventures! Less than an hour to some of the top-rated ski resorts in Colorado! 40 minutes from St. Mary's Glacier and 25 minutes to downtown Denver. 15 minutes to white water rafting, ziplining, historic Idaho Springs and so much more!!!

While you are staying at our cute and spotlessly clean home, you’ll have plenty of room to relax and make great memories, while also being within walking distance of Starbucks, Walmart and Qdoba. Nicely appointed home includes large great room with wood burning fireplace and dining table to seat 10; 3 bedrooms with all new linens/mattresses and two full baths; the three bedrooms on the main floor consist of: (1st) 1 king bed room, (2nd) 1 queen bed room, (3rd) 2 twin bed room.

The beautiful mountainside forest on our property includes four outdoor patios to enjoy the fresh, crisp mountain air. You will appreciate this peaceful spot to base your Colorado experience from! Feel free to contact us with any questions!!

We have put much effort and taken great care into providing a wonderful home and environment for our guests! Very nice and clean. Great location to use as a home base to travel to such destinations as red rock and Rocky Mountain national park to mention a few. Also comforting setting to just hang around and relax.

Amazing spot - close to everything for convenience, but the property itself is right in nature. We had lots of hummingbird and deer visitors! 15 min from Red Rocks and downtown Evergreen, even closer to several hiking options. House was clean, well-appointed, and charming. Communication with host was great.

Great spacious and comfortable home for our family of 6. Very easy access to I70 for our various day trips. The owners were easy to wrk with and replied quickly to any questions we had! We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the gorgeous mountain views.

This worked out so well for us! Our kids were attending camp at Evergreen Country Day School, so we were able to walk to camp each day. Convenient being close to a Walmart when we needed anything. We hope to be back again next year!

Great Stay in Evergreen

Our stay in Evergreen was perfect! Our host was an excellent communicator and so personal, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The layout and decor of the house was even more charming than the pictures indicate and the location was so convenient to I-70 and nearby attractions. We loved seeing the family of deer walking across the property too!

A very convenient location. It’s tucked into a developed area and you have great access to everything. You don’t feel like you are in a busy area. The hiking and the expansive property were great.
