Cute, clean house on a beautifully secluded property. The house had everything we needed and we loved the vintage decor. Lots of seating areas to take in nature. Susan was an excellent host and made sure we had what we needed.
The home was so warm and welcoming and in such a beautiful place! The host was always available and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable!
We had the best experience at this beautiful, Colorado home! It is absolutely lovely. Because of a conference we were attending, we were left wishing that we were at the house more. To come "home" to sit and chat on the wonderful patio out front or in the spacious living room was a luxury that would have been missing at a hotel. Easy check in and check out, easy communication, great location, and floors that I was comfortable walking barefoot on (IFYKYK), I can't wait to visit again and to see it in the snow! Thank you, thank you for making our conference weekend more like a retreat!
Very pleasant stay at the cottage. We were attending a show at Red Rocks and the location was very convenient, minutes from the highway.Good place to see wildlife, herd of large deer in the front yard our first morning there, very cool.Nice comfortable house.
The property was perfect for our stay. My husband and I were traveling with two other couples for a concert at Red Rocks. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We particularly loved all the windows in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was easy to communicate with and met us at the property when we arrived to welcome us. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay if you’re visiting Evergreen. This house was clean and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores as well!
Host was Incredible!!! Wonderful Vibe in the house, and Beautiful nature right outside the door. Nice mountain scape! Hiked to the top of the mountain, Beautiful view!! We will be back!
Perfect home base for our planned events; concert at red rocks, baseball game at Coors Field, and a day trip to Colorado Springs. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed our stay.
Perfect location just outside of Denver and close to Red Rocks, which was the reason for our trip. Susan was a great hostess, the home was charming, and the views were stunning!
A charming house from the 1940’s. Full of character and every modern convenience.Owner charming and made every effort to make stay be “just like home.”
Very nice and clean. Great location to use as a home base to travel to such destinations as red rock and Rocky Mountain national park to mention a few. Also comforting setting to just hang around and relax.
Amazing spot - close to everything for convenience, but the property itself is right in nature. We had lots of hummingbird and deer visitors! 15 min from Red Rocks and downtown Evergreen, even closer to several hiking options. House was clean, well-appointed, and charming. Communication with host was great.
