This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the third floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access and the St. Lucia building's private pool. St. Lucia 303 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 303 have been tastefully decorated. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the new flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, new flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, new flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Cozy spot

Great spot not far from be beach. They didn't have any coffee pods for the Keurig upon arrival and had minimal kitchen soap which is why they get less than 5 stars.

Cute 2 bedroom condo!!!

This condo was so cute! Nicely decorated and very comfortable !!! Loved staying here!! I needed some maintenance done & Compass was VERY friendly and timely - very helpful!!! Really appreciate the customer service!!!

Satisfied Review

Property was clean and location was good. However, the pictures lead me to believe that the condo had ocean view. Toaster didn't work. Location to beach and pool was very good. I got over my disappointment of not having ocean view. Beds were SO comfortable. Suggest things like salt and pepper and extra roll of paper towels and maybe some paper plates would be nice. We flew in from AZ so had to buy all that type of stuff. i left it there for the next guests. :)
