Las Palmas Resort is located on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point), Mexico. The resort includes our condo for vacation rental. The private resort is a gated-community with full-time security, 3 pools, Jacuzzi's, 2 waterslides, clubhouse, restaurant, swim-up bar and a spectacular oceanfront view of the Sea of Cortez. Unit is very clean with modern amenities.

The private resort is a gated-community with full-time security, 3 pools, waterslide, clubhouse, restaurant, belly-up bar and a spectacular oceanfront view of the Sea of Cortez. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. $40 USD per night for extra persons up to 8 total.

Wife loved the different pool options and slides for the kids. Slides and pulls were close by as well as restaurants. Wife enjoyed the message though the facility.

I loved our unit it had everything we needed, kitchen was very stuck, it was clean, ocean view with great large balcony. Property was great for kids 9 and 3 yo. Had two large slides and one small slide. Separate adult pool overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe due to security guard being on duty 24/7. We had a great stay and I will def stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s Las Palmas condo. It was great for our family of 6. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Tom was a great host. Easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The only problem we had was with the resort, they closed the pool for two days of our stay. The kids were disappointed, but we were able to play at the beach or it would have been two very long boring days. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to make this an annual vacation!

The room layout was nice with a nice view and many amenities were provided from the kitchen and going to the beach. The mattresses were far to hard and the AC in the west bedroom made a constant squeek and rumble noise. I got very little sleep for the four days but I'm a light sleeper. We had a nice time and the grandson and his parents liked the kids pool.

We arrived after 8pm due to getting a flat tire on our way. However we were able to get in and let ourselves in the room. The condo was clean. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and there was some sand particles and a few hairs left behind on the floor but that’s just me. The kitchen was clean with newer pots and pants to cook on. It had K-cups, some coffee and filters if you wanted to go that route as well. The fridge was super clean, newer dishwasher, and nice sink. The bedrooms were very spacious even with having a king and a queen in there. We enjoyed the Murphy bed as the kids had several options of where they wanted to sleep! The beds were all comfortable. The ceiling fans and the lighting were great. Every fan equipped with its own remote and quiet mode. The patio had a grill, dining table and couch out there. Too bad it was extremely windy this weekend and couldn’t really enjoy it too much. Oh! The condo did have 5 camping chairs, a wagon and 6 beach towels. (Just FYI) The wagon came in handy for sure! Rocky Point Tom is definitely a site I will be using to book again! Thank you!
