Renovationsbedürftig

ausser der Aussicht kann ich NICHTS empfehlen. Waschmaschine war sehr schmutzig. Im Hauseingang riecht es wie in einer alten Kirche. Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft ausgeschaltet und die Sicherung war auf OFF. Die Teller im Wohnzimmer wurden wohl mehrere Monate nicht benutzt und der Staub darauf hat sich schon fast eingebrannt. Backofen und Besteckschubladen mussten zuerst gereinigt werden.Der Holztisch im Balkon konnte infolge Alters- und Witterungsbedingt nicht mehr benutzt werden. Bei starkem Regen sind die Fenster im Wohnzimmer nicht dicht. Diese Wohnung sollte bei FEWO nicht mehr angeboten werden.
