Fiordo Mare Vostrum 1 bedroom near beach F 428

Among the many and beautiful places in the Adriatic coast there is Isola Albarella, a small private island in Po Delta and near Venice, about one hour by car. The island is suitable for people who like to live in the quiet places, do sports and stay in contact with nature. Access to the island is exclusive and private: only the owners and guests can enter. Thanks to a barrier, access is limited and the guards control the island around the clock.

In Albarella you can also do a lot of activity in your free time. There are swimming pools and free beaches, entertainment for children, evening shows and the "Centro Sportivo", a sports complex with swimming pools and water features. The silence, the wild animals, the many cycle paths make Albarella unique.
Graceful fjord-house with reserved car parking and small fenced garden. At about 250 mt there is the beach "Mare Vostrum" and it is close to the shopping area.

On the ground floor there are a living room with sofa and kitchen, arbour with lagoon view, bbq and garden forniture. On the first floor there are a bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower box.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, microwave, mosquito nets.

Zona silenziosa, sul fiordo. Casa pulita, su 2 piani, con tutte le comodità, arredamento cucina nuovo.Da scegliere mezzi di trasporto alternativi, biciclette, golf car. Prezzo del cibo ( ristoranti, supermercato) un può più alto ma non esagerato, invece i vestiti impensabile, un paio di pantaloncini 125 euro!!

Tolle Erholung und absolut Ruhe

Die Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Lage. Ein eigener kleiner Garten lag direkt am Binnenmeer. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und mit Tisch und Stühlen versehen. Auch eine Liege ist vorhanden. Küche und Esszimmer, und eine Liege, befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein großer Kühlschrank und ein Tiefkühlfach sind auch vorhanden. Scharfe Messer sollte man mitbringen. Eine Bodumkanne und eine ital. Alukanne sind die Kaffeemaschine. Oben sind das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber ihren Charme.

sehr zu empfehlen für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Häuser sehr eng zusammenstehen und man deshalb viel von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Wohl dem, wenn man die Sprache nicht versteht. Sonst: eine TOP-Adresse

La casa è accogliente, pulita, attrezzata, comoda

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone, abbiamo trascorso una settimana da sogno. La casa l'abbiamo trovata: ordinata, pulita, accogliente, comoda, ben attrezzata, posizionata nella zona piu' caratteristica dell'isola, dotata di barbecue (abbiamo fatto delle gran grigliate), ma la cosa che più ci ha colpiti è che dal giardino ci si poteva tuffare in mare, una piscina naturale davanti casa..... Fantastico. Abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi dell'isola, il centro sportivo e' bellissimo e attrezzatissimo. Se si cerca una vacanza di relax, questo è il posto giusto. Inoltre la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità dei proprietari Enrico e Orazio è da sottolineare e con l'occasione vogliamo ringraziarli e salutarli. Fausto Cristina Pietro Greta

Wunderschön

Im Ferienhaus (Mare Vostrum) Casa Vacanza 1655481) direkt am Fjord auf der Privatinsel Albarella haben wir uns als 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 10 und 12 Jahre) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gepflegt, modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Fjord und die bunten Ferienhäuser ist wunderschön. Von der Terrasse kann man direkt ins ca. 3-4 Meter tiefe Wasser springen. Zu unserer Urlaubszeit, in den Pfingstferien, war die Insel noch recht menschenleer und ruhig. Wer möchte, kann Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. Chioggia, Venedig, etc. machen. Die Vermittlung über Enrico klappte hervorragend. Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen.
