Plan your next getaway in the Western Maryland Mountains at Deep Creek Lake! This spacious home is on almost an acre and features a furnished patio and a gas grill perfect for family cookouts. It is also located within a short drive of various restaurants, a movie theater, a miniature golf course, and a bowling alley. You'll be just five miles north of all Deep Creek Lake activities, sandy swimming beaches, and a boat launch. In the summertime, you can head to the Youghiogheny River for a day of exciting whitewater rafting; then, each winter, enjoy downhill fun at the Wisp Resort, only three miles north. Deep Creek Lake is an all-season destination guaranteed to provide unforgettable memories!

Inside, you'll enjoy plenty of living space, a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly mountain nights, a foosball table, and plenty of cabin-like decor. When you enter the front door to the living area, turn right to enter the kitchen and then follow the hallway off of its back right corner to two of the bedrooms. The room straight back has a backyard view and has a shared full en suite bathroom, and the adjacent bedroom has private access to a side deck. If you pass through the kitchen instead of the back sitting area, a staircase in the back right corner of the room leads up to the remaining two bedrooms that share the second full bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
4WD/traction is required in winter.
There is a 13-night limit on reservations per local regulations, and reservations for more than 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
