On the edge of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in a quiet residence (with only one floor) 24 hour secure access and private parking, rent a 2-room apartment, without vis-à-vis, directly by the sea facing the boats and safe for children.
Located on the ground floor, it also has a pleasant covered terrace for meals and a private garden enclosed by hedges, with sun loungers.
Very well located, possibility of maritime shuttles on site, beach 300 m walk with restaurants and sailing club.
the Marines of Cogolin are 5 Kms from Saint-Tropez and next to Port-Grimaud, cycle path nearby and possibility of doing everything on foot (food, bars, restaurants etc .......), access to a shared swimming pool.
Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and cupboards.
Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge, microwave.
Living room with new convertible sofa and 1 single bed, living room with flat screen TV, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, WC.
