Located in a closed and secure domain, in a dominant south position, very bright south facing villa, located 7 minutes walk from the medieval village of Valbonne with its many shops and restaurants.
With its clear view of forest, nestled in the middle of a garden of 2000 m2 this large house is ideal for family and friends, fully equipped and comfortable.
You will be by car 20 minutes from Antibes, 30 minutes from Cannes and Nice airport, close to all shops, many golf courses.

Swimming pool 10.5m x 6m, from 1m to 2. 3m deep, protected by an alarm and on demand, peripheral nets for young children, maintained by professional during your stay.
Garden: automatic watering, gardener.

Beautiful house, very clean and well designed. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic and well-decorated, and the pool area is amazing. Christine, the host, is extremely friendly and welcoming and she will do everything to ensure you have a perfect stay. Valbonne center is just a small walk away and it has lots of restaurants. It’s a really lovely house that has been beautifully decorated in every single room and it has everything you could want in the kitchen. It’s clear that the owner doesn’t compromise when it comes to quality which gives a great pleasure for the guests. The bedrooms are spacious and airy, with comfortable beds at just the right firmness. There are plenty of toilets and spacious and beautiful bathrooms. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic and well-decorated, and the pool area is amazing. The pool is perfect for swimming as well as diving. The property is fully enclosed and it’s totally quiet at night.Christine, the host, is extremely friendly and welcoming and she will do everything to ensure you have a perfect stay.Valbonne center is just a small walk away and it has lots of restaurants and charm.We would all love to come back.

Valbonne

Christine met us at check in and explained all about the property to us. The house is as you can see in the posted pictures, some parts are updated (bathrooms) and other parts are more dated (Kitchen). Large house, mature garden and a huge pool. There was a lot of garden furniture which was great for finding a shady or a sunny spot to lounge around. The pool is very deep and stays nice and fresh. There was weekly pool and garden maintenance and a weekly linnen service. You can opt for a cleaner which we did and a lovely lady came to clean the house for a few hours. There is no A/C in the house is except for the master bedroom. We didn’t need it as the temps would drop in the evening to a lovely cool 65F. From the house you could walk to the town of Valbonne in about 10 minutes, which we did often on Friday to go to the market or just in the evening to have dinner. I think the location is the rentals best feature. Centrally located to explore all the area has to offer and the beaches. We had a great time.

Séjour reposant dans une maison exactement conforme à Ce qui était présenté. Les propriétaires ont très bien equipé la maison qui est très lumineuse et en très bon état. Très joli jardin et piscine très agréable. Propriétaires charmants et à l’écoute.
