This open concept home has 4 Bedrooms with 3 King sized beds and 1 Queen bed plus 3 1/2 baths. All bathrooms feature large walk in showers, and Master includes a luxurious tub. It includes a lot of amenities including a gourmet kitchen that seats 8 people and a dining room that seats 8. Brand new carpet in every bedroom and basement - June 2021! A rear covered porch can accommodate 10 persons, and includes a gas fire pit. A wonderful finished basement features a pool table, bar, 75" and 85" T.V.s. The lower level walkout features a 4-6 person Hot Tub. The home is easily and quickly accessible to many of Louisville's hottest attractions.

Derby Weekend!

Mac and Jeanine went out of their way to make our stay an incredible experience for the Derby and 70th birthday celebration! Janine picked up flowers & balloons and had Swag bags for each of us! Their home is emaculate! Perfect for 4 couples! You will love your stay !!

Janine and Mac were very welcoming and certainly had everything we needed to have a great family Derby weekend. From the swag bags to the Kentucky Derby pie, to the perfect toys and setup for our little one, it was above and beyond. Highly recommend

Derby weekend

We had a party of 8 stay and attend the Kentucky Derby. The hosts were so helpful with tips, made us Derby goody bags, picked up our alcohol in advance and allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little late. They also provided ponchos because it was a wet weekend. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

It is a great home to entertain with the open concept and fantastic walkout basement that includes 72" and 85" televisions, bar and pool table. The 3 1/2 baths offer privacy to each bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath between 2 bedrooms that features a private sink area for each bedroom.

What makes this property unique

Very convenient to major expressways and short drive to major attractions in Louisville including Churchill Downs.
