The outdoor entertaining area includes an expansive bar, grill, fireplace, and outdoor bed swing overlooking the heated swimming pool. The finished basement, which highlights Churchill downs and Kentucky Derby throughout the decor, offers additional living space and features a projector screen TV, extraordinary bar, pool table and much more. The first floor master bedroom offers a large en-suite with his-and-hers sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
