A superb air-conditioned T3 (essential in July / August) located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with sea views, not overlooked and less than 50 m from the beach. Completely refurbished. A large bedroom (140 cm bed) with a French window opening onto the terrace and a small bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor (blind).
Private covered parking space at the foot of the apartment.
Bakery and shops next to the residence.
500 m from the walkway that leads to the port.
Furnished tourist accommodation classified 2 stars.
In case of reservation for 2 consecutive weeks, 20% reduction on the 2nd week (request a quote)

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Geräumige Ferienwohnung. Neues Bad. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Dank Waschmaschine kann man auch mit nur wenig Ersatzkleider längeren Urlaub dort verbringen. Auch der Balkon ist sehr geräumig. Dort kann man mit Blick aufs Meer auf Tischgrill oder am großen Gasgrill sein Essen zubereiten. Balkon hat Licht, Steckdose und auch zwei komfortable Liegen. Das Auto steht sicher und überdacht im Schatten direkt an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer umzäunten Siedlung, Zugang nur über Pin. Für die Zufahrt kann man das Tor auch ganz bequem mit einer Fernbedienung öffnen. Zum bewachten Strand sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt dort auch Restaurants, Cafes und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bäckerei, Gemüsestand, Spar Supermarkt, Strandbedarf und leckere Grillhähnchen. In der Ferienzeit jeden Tag geöffnet. Man kann also jeden morgen tolle Baguette und Croissants in Verbindung mit einem Strandspaziergang einkaufen gehen. Perfekter Urlaub. Will man etwas abendlichen Trubel, dann ist Cap de Agde Zentrum schnell in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden wieder dort hingehen. Lydie und Jean-Paul sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und reibungslos. Eine Sache bitte beachten. Es gibt kein WLAN in der Wohnung. LTE ist dort sehr schnell, Internet und Videos streamen kein Problem, eventuell vor Abreise sicherstellen dass das Datenvolumen ausreicht :)

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances, tout était parfait, appartement très bien et propre rien ne manquait à part une petite radio ( pour ma part) serait la bienvenue. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux et sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui est très bien située pas très loin du port et de petits commerce Très belle vue sur la mer Je remercie encore une fois les propriétaires pour leur accueil
