This beautifully designed split-level home features cathedral ceilings, light-filled living spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living with expansive decks overlooking the trees.

• Base rate includes up to 8 guests
• Sleeping for these guests includes 4 beds across 3 bedrooms plus a double bed in the den
• Groups larger than 8 guests must book the Family Bunk room (sleeps up to 5) for an additional $150 per night

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across the main sleeping areas. The additional family bunk room (4th bedroom) on the lower level is not included in the base booking and will be locked unless reserved in advance for an additional fee. Please request this room upon booking.

Other things to note
TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
• Nest thermostat (living room) is a single-zone system
• Upper level warmer, lower level cooler
• Use AC with windows/doors closed
• Please don’t run AC on lowest setting continuously
• Den has space heaters & wood stove helps heat the house

POOL INFORMATION:
• Open May–Labor Day
• Heating is charged separately (metered)
• Use cover overnight to retain heat

POOL HEATER & COVER INSTRUCTIONS:

• Check-out - turn heater off & cover pool
