About this property

House completely renovated in 2018.
Very bright with its large picture windows and the veranda, this house has a large living room with access to the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is open to the living room.
On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with its shower room and wc, direct access to the second terrace.
The 2 other bedrooms are located upstairs, a bathroom separates them, the toilets are independent.
Located at the entrance to the village of Fouesnant, you can walk to the shops, the weekly markets, the tennis courts and the Balnéides aquatic center.
Quiet, not overlooked, you will appreciate the garden and its wooden terraces, the veranda with its garden furniture. A barbecue, sun loungers and a garden furniture are at your disposal to fully enjoy your holidays.
The beaches located 2.5 km away are also accessible by the cycle path from the house, or on foot via small wooded roads.

Magnifique location

Très contente d’avoir passé nos vacances dans le logement d’Isabelle qui est très bienveillante et met tout en œuvre pour que nous ne manquions de rien. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La décoration est soignée. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires qui permettent de voyager léger. La literie est de très bonne qualité. A refaire ….

Great place for summer vacation

We spend two weeks in Fouesnant and were really happy about this very well equipped house. Everything you need is there, kitchen equipment, baby equipment (high chair, bath tub) etc. We were very happy with our stay and the communication with our host Isabelle. Thank you!

Perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Herzlichen Dank an Isabelle für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

une maison confortable très bien placée

Nous avons passé 15 jours super dans la maison . Elle est confortable et a tout ce qu il faut y compris les lits faits , les serviettes et même les draps de plage ! très appréciable. Isabelle est tres arrangeante et disponible. Les plages accessibles en 5 mn de voiture , le supermarché en face et le tout en centre ville . Franchement un de nos top ...et la région est superbe
