A unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach and steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. The condo is conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door. Only a 4 minute walk from the condo to beach and surfing, historic Pismo Pier, abundance of dining options, boutiques, and beach board walk.

There are two entrances into the condo. The front door is located on the second level, or an interior stairwell through the garage and casita leads to the main living area on the second level.

The living and kitchen area, located on the 2nd level, features dark rich hardwood floors, gourmet granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, TV, and an intimate faux fire place. Gather around the dining table for six, plus additional bar stools nearby, while others relax on the nearby sofa and seating around the TV and faux fireplace. There's a sliding door that opens to a balcony with bistro dining overlooking the quiet neighborhood. The condo offers open living the entire group can relax comfortably together. There are two twin memory-foam sleeping mats for additional sleeping accommodations.

The third level offers a large master bedroom with a king bed and gorgeous ensuite master bath, there is plenty of room for two to prepare for a night out thanks to the double sinks. There is ample closet space and a private balcony with an ocean view - fall asleep with an ocean breeze. Down the hall, find the third bathroom, and further to the final bedroom. This queen bedroom is comfy and very private, across the hall there is storage galore and laundry center. The door from the laundry room takes you up to the rooftop deck. This expansive space provides a spectacular setting to enjoy the gas BBQ, fire pit, and wet bar. The couches and side table provide plenty of seating for enjoying the amazing weather and panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and downtown area.

Three bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, large 2-car garage provide a ton of space and endless amenities for up to 8 guests to enjoy Pismo Beach.

3. How far to Edna Valley area, SLO, Avila Beach, Morro Bay? The condo is centrally located to many favorite Central Coast areas. From the condo to nearby Edna Valley wineries and wedding venues the drive is less than 15 minutes. SLO is 15 minutes north on Hwy 101. Avila Beach is a quick 15 minutes north-west, and Morro Bay about 25 minutes up Hwy 101 and Hwy 1.
3. Does the condo have stairs? The condo is three levels. Guests with limited mobility often stay in the casita area. The casita is located at ground level, just off the garage. The casita has a mini-kitchenette and queen bed.
