The Neighborhood:
Located only minutes from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN, this gorgeous cabin is located in the Roaring Fork area. The mighty Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly with trout, so don't forget to pick up a fishing license and have some fun!
They are rebuilding a condo complex behind the cabin. They are nearing completion. We just want to make you aware, but there should be no noise issues inside the cabin nor on the porch other than the wonderful sound of rushing water.
Getting Around:
All paved roads to the cabin. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any cabin in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the cabin and very close to downtown Gatlinburg (1 mile away).
Other Things to Note:
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly by the City of Gatlinburg — you can grab a fishing license locally
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area
• Fireplace is wood burning — bring your own firewood
• They are rebuilding a condo complex behind the cabin. They are nearing completion. There should be no noise issues inside the cabin or on the porch other than the sound of rushing water
• Cabin features WiFi and Smart TVs (no cable — bring your streaming logins)
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re thrilled you found the cabin and surroundings so peaceful and enjoyed the wildlife, especially the bears. It means a lot that your family recommended us too. We hope to welcome you back again sometime.
We really enjoyed this cabin. It had plenty of room for our family of four with beds we didn't even use. Location was excellent as we spent several days inside the GSMNP, and no crazy roads to get into the driveway! Beds were comfy, host was quick to reply and attentive to us. Cabin was very clean, in the fact the cleaners were just finishing when we arrived. My kids loved playing in the creek and the screened in front porch was much appreciated. Would definitely book again!

We loved the cabin especially the location next to the creek. The best part is we had a bear in the yard the morning we were leaving.

Perfect stay in a wonderful location. No scary roads and close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the creek was amazing. The kids room is large and very spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub, grilling steaks and we even had a few bears pay us a visit. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s wonderful to hear the location, comfortable beds, and spacious kids’ room added to your stay, and that the creek and hot tub made it special. Having bears visit sounds like a memorable highlight! We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back sometime.
Host was great! Nice house on the creek. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening on the porch swing listening to the creek and rain. We enjoyed our week. I left a 4 star because there were a few corners with cobwebs and such, but overall clean. I also suggest bringing a few games, if you're a board game family. There are not any on site, which is fine, just thought I'd give a heads up.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the tranquil mornings by the creek and the quiet evenings on the porch. We appreciate your honest feedback about the cobwebs and the suggestion regarding games. It’s great to know you had a pleasant week with us.
Great home right on the river, the porch is an absolute dream. If you do the motor nature trails, it ends right at this cabin. Just be mindful of the entry, there’s a bit of a dip to get across the bridge. You’ll want to have a truck or suv. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here being lulled by the sounds of the river.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the river sounds and the peaceful setting. We appreciate your helpful tip about the bridge and hope to host you again soon.
First of all, the location is fantastic, it is close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The property sits on a beautiful lot with a stream flowing through it, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Three days simply wasn't long enough to fully enjoy everything the property had to offer. One of our favorite parts was relaxing in the hot tub each evening while watching the fireflies light up the surroundings. The cabin was very clean upon arrival, and everything was in excellent working order. The Wi‑Fi and TVs worked perfectly during our stay. The cabin was well equipped with all the cookware, utensils, and kitchen essentials we needed, and we prepared two or three full meals without missing a thing. There was also plenty of parking, which made coming and going very convenient. What really stood out was how accessible and responsive the host was. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay.Overall, the cabin was comfortable, quiet, and made for a wonderful getaway. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Gatlinburg area, and would love to return for a longer visit next time.

As usual, this property was outstanding!! Always super clean and beautiful cabin on the river with a wonderful wood burning fireplace. The river sounds are so soothing in the evenings, and the entire property is centrally located to Gatlinburg. We will definitely return again in 2026!
We had a wonderful time and the cabin was everything we needed and more. The wrap around screened porch, close proximity to everything, creek access, huge eat in kitchen and abundance of nature and wildlife made for a perfect trip with many wonderful memories.
The cabin and hot tub was very clean. It is convenient to Gatlinburg and you can walk if you wanted to. The porch is nice to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning. The communication with the host and the response was quick.
