Maison idéalement située à La Rochelle

Cette magnifique maison avec piscine privative et chauffée est idéalement située dans un quartier calme et près du centre de La Rochelle. Elle permet l’accès en 10 Minutes à pied au centre et aux nombreux restaurants. Après une journée de balade, la piscine est vraiment un plus. L’agencement permet sans problème la cohabitation de 6 personnes. Non négligeable, le parking est gratuit dans la rue. A recommander sans hésitations

Parfait - de belles vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la piscine chauffée dans un cadre agréable. La maison est charmante, très bien située, proche de la Rochelle (10 mins à pied), mais aussi proche des commerces. On peut très bien faire ces courses aux halles ou bien au super marché Leclerc, a 5 mins de la maison. Bref, un endroit parfait pour visiter La Rochelle et ses environs.

Maison avec de très beaux volumes, un extérieur top, très bien équipée, parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants. La localisation est également très bien, au calme tout en étant proche du cœur de la Rochelle. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement.

Superbes vacances

Des propriétaires adorables, une maison très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très agréable et proche de tout à pied comme en voiture pour visiter les environs. Le plus : la piscine chauffée adaptée aux petits enfants, avec des marches et un carrelage non glissant et facile d’entretien avec une eau non chlorée et une douche extérieure pour se rincer ou juste se rafraîchir. La cerise sur le gâteau, c’est la proximité du centre ville et surtout du marché, à même pas 10 minutes à pieds. On pose la voiture devant la maison et c’est parti pour de superbes vacances....
