One time Bed and Breakfast (School House Corner BNB). 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Sleeps 7-8. 1.5 hrs from Boston. 30 minutes to Tilton NH shopping center and restaurants. Spectacular views of Ragged Mountain ski slope. Paved country road, minutes to Ragged Mountain Ski Resort and Lakes Region. 3 min to Northern Rail Trail (hiking and biking in summer and snowmobiles in winter). Cardigan Mountain 25 minutes. Laconia 40 minutes. Remote yet minutes to grocery store and restaurants. Master bedrooms one and two, have two king size beds with bathrooms. Third Bedroom has one queen and two singles. Pellet Stove insert in fireplace with Direct TV over Fireplace.

Great multi family home

Stayed a few nights while we skied Ragged. Great location to ragged and a wonderful view of the mountain from the balcony. Perfect house for multiple families as the masters were very spacious giving lots of sleeping arrangements.

Great place with a great host

This house was the perfect place for our family ski weekend. It was very close to Ragged Mountain and coming home to the warm pellet stove was great! Steve the owner was there to plow us out of the snow we got and offered his help with anything we might need or questions we might have. The house had Plenty of space and was very clean. We will definitely be back to this house!

Gorgeous views and cozy accommodations - a perfect mountain getaway!

The pictures simply do not do this place justice. When we arrived, we were greeted by a gorgeous view of Ragged Mountain in this beautiful, sunlit condo with high-ceilings and a cozy fireplace. Steve sent us information with the lockbox code and information on the pellet stove before our stay and everything worked like a charm. The kitchen was beautifully appointed - we did a bunch of cooking and were able to find pretty much any dish / pot / pan we needed along with basics like oil, salt, pepper, condiments, etc. The bedrooms are really nice in that there are essentially two master bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms. This worked out perfectly for us as we were two families traveling together (4 adults and 2 toddlers total) so each family got their own space to unwind and the kids also had a bedroom they shared. Our toddlers loved sledding in the backyard and we were only a 10 minute drive from Ragged and a 30 minute drive from Mount Sunapee so we got some great skiing in during our stay. After the kids went to bed, the adults were able to unwind with board games (Steve has several in the upstairs bedroom) and wine by the fireplace. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Hope to come back for another visit!!

Lovely find.

Excellent home in the mountains and perfect for two families with kids looking for a ski getaway in the winter. Amazing home, huge, comfortable and warm with excellent support from Steve. He was very helpful and even helped out in getting the home ready with the fire going!

Great Vacation Home to relax

If you are looking to relax from your busy life apart from doing a lot of things (outdoor) this house is the best fit. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints only suggestion is to have a half bath in the home will be great.
