Mountain Solitude Minutes from Village and Skiing

Escape to the stunning mountains of Lake Tahoe and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with a stay at our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin. Tucked away in the peaceful Upper Tyner neighborhood of Incline Village at almost 8000’, our cabin provides a tranquil haven for your getaway while still a short distance to the village, beaches, and resorts.

Step inside to discover a modern, tastefully furnished interior designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living area features a striking rock wall fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings spent sipping hot cocoa and unwinding with a good book. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing delicious meals during your stay. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is also provided.

Upstairs, the primary suite awaits, offering a luxurious retreat with a deep soaking tub and abundant natural light. The loft area provides additional entertainment options, including an entertainment center with a smart TV, a wide selection of movies, as well as board games and puzzles for family fun. An adjustable stand-up desk is available for those who need to catch up on work, while ample natural light throughout the cabin creates a rejuvenating atmosphere.

Our cabin provides easy access to a wealth of outdoor adventures. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just a 10-minute drive away, while renowned ski destinations like Northstar are within a 25-minute drive. Stunning hiking trails offering panoramic lake views are a mere 10-minute walk from the cabin, and the vibrant Village, with its array of shops, restaurants, bars, and the Hyatt casino, is just a short 7-minute drive. Explore the beaches of iconic Lake Tahoe, located just 14 minutes away.

Our pet-friendly cabin warmly welcomes one well-behaved furry friend, with an additional fee of $100 per stay. Our neighborhood is ideal for leisurely strolls with your canine companion, and a cozy dog bed, two bowls, and waste bags are provided for your convenience. Please note the property is not fenced, and pets MUST NOT be left unattended outside.

Families with young children will find our cabin to be a comfortable and inviting retreat, though it`s important to note the presence of a steep, narrow staircase and loft area. Supervision is advised at all times, and a Pack n’ Play is available for infants (sheets not provided).

Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available and the Tahoe bus system, TART, serves Incline Village and the surrounding areas.

For your comfort and safety, the home has a limit of 6 people (including babies/toddlers) that is strictly enforced by Washoe County.

Please note outdoor furniture and grill may not be accessible during the winter season.

We are proud to be dog friendly. In order to keep it that way, we do need everyone to respect a few rules.

We provide 1 dog bed, 2 bowls, a towel for muddy paws, and waste bags.

Your dog must not be left inside the house unattended unless the dog is crated (no crates provided, must bring your own). See note below about leaving your dog outside.

We prefer that your dog stays off the furniture. However, we do understand some dogs are just used to it, so if that’s your case, please use the sheets provided in the dog care kit to cover the furniture.

Our neighborhood is very dog friendly, however please use a leash (at least when there are other people or animals around). Perfect for long walks. Please pick up dog waste along the way. We provide waste bags if needed.

Our property is not fenced. You must keep an eye on your dog when outside at all times. In addition, there are coyotes in the area that WILL attack pets, especially smaller dogs. NEVER leave your pet outside unattended.

Non refundable pet deposit: $100/ pet/ stay (1 dog max or more pending owner’s approval). This does not cover pet damage including stains. Repair/cleaning costs will be billed at cost.

****Snow and inclement weather are part of the mountain environment between October and April. You should plan accordingly with an AWD/4WD vehicle (Strongly recommended) or at the very least chains. If on the day of check-in the house is inaccessible due to road closures going into the Tahoe Basin between 10:00am and 10:00pm the stay can be shortened/cancelled for a partial/full refund. Rescheduling is also an option.
If on the day of check-out road closures prevent leaving the Tahoe Basin, a discounted “snow emergency rate” will be offered. However, this is dependent on availability.

In the winter, the steps from the street to our home are shoveled and treated. However, they can still be icy and slippery.
