On a plot of 1000 square meters planted with automatic watering planted with lemon orange tree laurels bougainvillers and hibiscus large secure parking for 3 cars. The 9 meter by 4 meter pool is ideally placed in front of the entrance to the house. The property includes a porch then a living room decorated in Spanish with a very large ultra modern kitchen with microwave oven fridge freezer induction hob washing machine and dishes. Three pretty bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 toilets, a dressing room and a rear kitchen. Wi-Fi connection. The whole is secure, decreasing price depending on duration and month of the year.
