Our split level home has three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a California king bed with French doors opening onto a deck. The second upstairs bedroom has an extra long double bed offering a comfortable nights sleep for a tall teenager or an adult. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. Downstairs is a finished basement with a queen bed. This room also has a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. A door leads to a patio and the backyard.

The open concept kitchen, dining and living room has french doors that open onto a large deck with a picnic table, deck chairs, and an umbrella for easy indoor-outdoor living. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with Al Clad pots and pans and a Viking stove.

The sunny, backyard has a large lawn, Weber charcoal grill, outdoor gas fireplace, ping-pong table, hot tub, outdoor shower and two sturdy trees for hanging a hammock next to the bubbling pond.

We are a 5 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, movie theatre, the famous Scoop ice cream shop, and nightly live music. Tamarancho mountain bike trails are out the door, and Mount Tamalpias hiking is nearby. We are a 40 minute drive to Point Reyes, Bolinas, Stinson Beach, Berkley, Napa Wine Country, and San Francisco.
