Palm Breeze - Swim Up Bar | A vacation to remember

Summary:

Swim-up to the bar! Outdoor seating, Fire pit, Outdoor BB'Que. Outdoor table seats 6. Pool bar seats 4 in the pool. Tommy Bahama bar cart to keep your drinks cold. Large open living room, dining room and kitchen, breakfast nook. A three-sided open glass window faces the pool. Three bedrooms, master bath with his and her marble countertops, sinks and his & her walk in closets, walk in shower and large bathtub, guest bath with tub & shower and pool bath.



The Space:

Dining room and office facing the front of the house is perfect if you need to use the Murphy Bed for sleeping more than 6 people. Ceiling fans in all rooms. High kitchen ceiling with suspended built in shelves and maple cabinets with granite counter tops. Living room has a sliding glass door facing the pool and a double ceiling fan. Master bed room has a French door facing the pool deck. Entrance has glass double doors, columns inside with inlaid tile floor. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 40 minutes by car. You must be 25 years of age to book. Please tell us something about you and your guests when you request to book.



Guest Access:

Guests will be sent their code to the keyless entry via email approximately one week prior to their stay

Other Things to Note:

Guest must agree to House Rules

Guest must acknowledge and agree to Vacation Rental agreement via email

Run the dishwasher prior to departure

Wash and dry towels prior to departure

Clean the barbecue through your stay to prevent critters. Clean the barbecue, oil pan, and replace foil prior to departure. $50 charge if not cleaned

If trash and recycle bins are not placed at the side of the road for trash pick up day, guests will be incur a $100 post stay charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Palm Breeze is managed by Cape Coral Property Services. This local management company is available to answer questions and respond to your needs. In an effort social distance, each guest will complete an online digital check in and check out. Management is available by phone to assist with the procedure.
