Unique opportunity for rental (by the week only). Two separate homes, attached, on 1-acre property in exclusive Hither Hills area of Montauk off Old Montauk Highway. Two blocks from ocean beach and large in-ground pool. The separate homes make this rental perfect for two families to share, yet still maintain privacy.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room with wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, play/TV room, and washer and dryer. The smaller house has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a sitting room, wood burning fireplace, and a full-size refrigerator. Both houses are connected by a common room/hall on the bottom floor, and by a huge wrap around deck with gas grill on the upper level.

The property's back yard has been professionally landscaped, with 40 foot by 20 foot in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Hammock, lawn chairs and tables provided.

Renters will be given key to private beach entrance, within walking distance from home, which also has parking available. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.

Pets welcomed at discretion of owner, please inquire.

Perfect montauk location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a big group but there was enough room for everyone with privacy. Well equipped for vacation needs. During our stay, Neal was responsive to any questions or situations that arose. Again Perfect Location. Would stay again

Perfect for large family vacation

We have stayed at this house for two separate family vacations and have loved it each time. The rooms are very spacious and are perfect for an extended family/friends vacation. The two separate but connected houses allowed my teenagers the separation and privacy that they crave yet we were all together for large family dinners on the expansive porch. We also love that the yard is large enough for all types of games yet the property is a short walk (5/10 mins) from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential cooking items and has ample plates, platters, glasses, placemats for large dinners. My entire family loves this house as it makes for a storybook beach vacation

Wonderful family vacation in Montauk

My family and my husband‘s extended family stayed here for the week in Montauk and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great… Close to the downtown area and also close to the beach. The beach pass and parking area was very convenient for driving down but it was also a short walk as well. We really enjoyed the pool and also appreciated all of the toys and beach supplies in the laundry room area. Overall the house had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and rent again. Thank you for a great time!

Amazing Montauk Rental

All around great experience. Owner was extremely accessible both before and during our visit. House was great for our large family, nice pool and property, close walk to the beach. Plus best rental grill I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend.

A Montauk Oasis

We stayed for a week in this beautiful 6 bedroom home with a group that included siblings, their parents and a toddler. We have been vacationing in Montauk for over 30 years. The group was 11 adults and 1 child and the house fit everyone with plenty of room to spare. The best part about it was that it did not even feel slightly cramped despite the size of our party. It was amazing having a private pool and being a 5 minute walk to a private beach which never had more than 5 groups and was a pristine, beautiful beach! Also, having two refrigerators was great because we cooked so much. Neil was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and during our stay and was great! We hope to make this an annual stay for our family and strongly recommend staying!

Awesome two houses, attached, and one block from private beach in Hither Hills

The home is wonderfully set up, with two houses that are attached. We had one family stay in one house, and another in the second house. It was perfect -- we had our privacy, but also were all together. The deck and pool are wonderful. And the home is only 2 blocks from the beach. Also, they have access to small dirt parking lot right on the beach, so you can drive your beach gear right down there. Great family who owns the property! All wonderful

Why they chose this property

The property is in the Hither Hills neibhorhood of Montauk. The beaches here can only be used by neighborhood residents, so they are never crowded. We are 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, and have parking access at the beach as well.

There are two houses, which are attached. This makes the rental perfect for multi-generational families.
