Enjoy the best that Montauk has to offer! Our newly renovated, sun drenched house with ocean views is the perfect place for a fun-filled family getaway.

Sweeping ocean views abound --- you can see the water from almost every room in the house. A large gourmet kitchen, gas grill and large outdoor eating area help to make meals affairs to remember. A large glassed living room opens up to the expansive yard, merging outdoor and indoor living. The living room also has a fireplace to help take the nip out of chilly mornings, blustery evenings or romantic ambiance. Rather sit outside? Light the fire pit instead ( and don't forget the s'mores!). Take a dip in the heated pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a quick trip to the beach. Most beaches in the area require special permits or are public beaches which can be quite crowded. Luckily, our home has a coveted Hither Hills beach parking pass, which allows you to park at one of several private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway and avoid the crowds and the parking tickets. We are also walking distance to The Beach Club at Gurney's where you can rent a chair for the day and sip drinks and nibble on snacks oceanfront. If needed, there is even an electric car charging port (220 v) in the garage.

The house is perfectly suited for families. For those traveling with wee ones, there is a full crib, changing table, and high chair. For outside fun, there is a large, expansive lawn, perfect for a game of croquet, bocce, corn hole or ladder ball (all available on site). The pool is surrounded by a safety fence. The TV room also contains games and puzzles for all ages, as well as some toys and art supplies for younger children. Rainy days fly by after watching a movie and playing football.

...hungry! Don't feel like cooking? No problem. The restaurant scene in Montauk is alive and growing with one of the newest hot spots within walking distance. More and more places are staying open through out the year.

...relaxed! Take it to the next level by booking a private massage in the comforts of the house or across the street at Gurney's Spa and Resort.

As for Montauk, there are too many reasons to list that make this hamlet at the eastern tip of Long Island so special. There are the pristine beaches, a historic lighthouse, the seafood caught by the local fishermen and the wonderful restaurants, new and old. In terms of activities, there is little that you can't do here: surfing, swimming, sailing, golfing (mini and regular), tennis, hiking, biking paths, etc.
