Family house in a quiet and sunny environment, the car will be parked in a private driveway and will not move holidays !! all done on foot, the beach is 600 meters as well as the central market, a bakery is around the corner and a super u has 100M.
A pleasant garden is offered to you, calm and sunny with places not overlooked, a beautiful terrace borders a small square of greenery. An independent room is at your disposal, to put bikes, or to make a play area for children, games are available!
A BBQ is available to liven up the summer evenings.
The house was renovated in 2017, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc ...
Everything is perfectly closed.

Location efficace

Nous avons passé avec mon mari et mes 3 enfants un très bon séjour. Nous avons trouvé tous ce dont nous avions besoin même si tout n’est pas très neuf. La literie est très bien. La localisation très pratique pour aller à la plage ou faire les courses. Le quartier est calme. L’extérieur est agréable même si il y a encore un potentiel inexploité pour le rendre encore mieux. Seul petit bémol je pense que les locataires d’avant ont laissé plein de cendres de cigarettes sur la terrasse et avec notre bébé qui rampe partout c’était pas l’idéal ! Mais ca reste du détail.

Logement très bien situé avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Les photos sont conformes à ce que l'on a retrouvé pendant nos 18 nuits. Tranquillité et plaisir au rdv. Frédérique est très réactive aux messages.

Nid idéal pour séjours en famille.

Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profité du jardin. Espace très confortable, agréable et tranquille. A proximité des pistes cyclables, plages, commerces... Et une propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande. Merci beaucoup Frédérique.
