This beautiful Royan villa from the 1920s is ideally located. With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it will comfortably accommodate family and friends for holidays in any season. The location of the house is exceptional: 'EVERYTHING ON FOOT':
- 20 m from the house: Public garden of 7000M2 with 1 bowling alley and 1 basketball court
- Central market, shops, seafront, sailing school, port, coastal walks, restaurants / ice cream parlors with terraces and sea views...
The landscaped garden is completely enclosed. Wifi throughout the house. We are at your disposal for any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!
The house consists of:
-on the ground floor:
A large living-dining room.
An equipped kitchen, the appliances are new: induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven. The kitchen opens onto the balcony.
Two bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom (shower + sink) accessible from both bedrooms. The toilets are independent.

- on the first floor: A bedroom with a 90x190 bed.

- on the garden level: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed + a bathroom (bath + sink) and the other with two 90x200 beds (or a 180x200 bed) + a bathroom (shower + sink ).

- A summer kitchen including a washing machine and dryer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a sink and table service for outside.

We have a large garden with garden table, folding chairs, a bench and deckchairs. The garden is completely enclosed

La maison est très bien située, en plein centre-ville proche du marché, des commerces et de la plage. Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. Une belle maison de style qui a du caractère dans un quartier très calme. Très beau jardin. Les escaliers intérieurs qui mènent au rez-de-jardin sont très raides et ne conviennent pas à de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées dans l’état. L’installation d’une rampe de sécurité serait à considérer. Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits et nous recommandons cette maison pour de belles vacances. Le concierge est à l’écoute, au besoin, et offre un très bon service. Une bonne adresse !

Agréable maison et très bien située

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans cette maison idéalement située dans une rue très calme. Le marché quotidien, la plage et le centre ville sont très proches et cela ne nécessite pas de prendre sa voiture. La maison ne manque de rien et tous les accessoires pour cuisiner y sont présents. Il est aussi très agréable de déjeuner/dîner dehors dans le jardin avec une belle grande table ronde. Just une remarque constructive, il n’y a pas de coussins pour les chaises de tables extérieures. Excepté cela, rien n’a dire. Bon séjour aux suivants! Je recommande.

Très belle maison bien renovée et confortable dans un quartier calme mais proche du marché et de la plage, idéal pour sejourner à Royan. Je recommande chaudement, le jardin apporte de la fraicheur, l'exposition est top avec le soleil du matin pour le café sur la terrasse. Les nombreuses chambres opnt permis de loger nos deux familles avec enfants et adoslesents sans se marcher dessus, le marché à 3 min, rien a redire!

Une jolie maison

La maison est bien aménagée, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, le jardin agréable. Une réserve : elle ne convient pas à une famille avec un enfant en bas âge car l'escalier intérieur d'accès aux chambres et au jardin est très raide et dangereux et la porte qui y donne accès difficile à fermer. On peut y accéder par l'extérieur mais là encore des escaliers pour descendre de la terrasse, d'où une surveillance permanente et étroite de mon petit fils de 2 ans. Dommage...

Great house centrally located

Perfect location. Beautiful house, true to photos and what we were expecting. Only comment, access to the garden by very steep staircase. recently renovated bathrooms attached to bedrooms, very convenient, plenty of kitchen utensils and W/D making everything smooth during the vacation. Not linked to the house itself so personal comment, there are numerous barking dogs on the street which gets a bit annoying. I would absolutely rent again. Also street parking was easy.

Propriétaires très agréables et sympathiques très arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée. la maison est au top, très grande avec beaucoup d'espace dans les chambres et le salon. la cuisine est parfaite. Nous n'avons pas profité du jardin, vu la météo et la température, mais qui dois être très agréable l'été...bref séjour parfait pour nous ! Nous recommandons cette location qui très bien située en plein centre de Royan. Mjf

Une très jolie maison, pleine de charme et fonctionelle. La maison est idéalement située (commerces, marché couvert, plages). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
