A very equipped American kitchen, 3 air-conditioned rooms, of which one with direct access on garden and swimming pool, and two on the floor among which one with sight on sea.
Two bathrooms, three separate toilets.
A laundry area outside the villa with washing machine, fridge ...
Sheets and towels provided, BBQ, deckchairs ...
Garden and swimming pool maintained regularly.
Garden with electric gate, you can easily enter two cars.
Possibility to rent cars at St Denis airport, Clio 4 doors less than 15000 KM or Captur 4 doors less than 15000KM. Price between 25 and 45 euros the day following period.

Paradisiaque !
Villa très bien équipée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Idéalement située.
Vue à couper le souffle sur le lagon, plage pratiquement privée, très peu fréquentée. Un grand merci à Pascal pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Superbe Villa !
Nous avons eu l'honneur d'être les premiers locataires de la Villa.
Nous remercions Pascal pour son accueil très sympathique, et pour nous avoir permis de rendre la villa plus tardivement.
Concernant la villa celle-ci est simplement SUBLIME, un cadre idyllique pour des vacances de rêves !
Nous avons eu la chance d'admirer les Baleines et les Dauphins de notre terrasse et ce, tous les jours.
Décoration faite avec goût, grand plus pour la cuisine qui est vraiment bien équipée !
Les chambres sont un peu petites mais très confortables (petit bémol pour les oreiller un peu inconfortable).
Remarque importante et non indiquée dans l'annonce: présence de vidéo-surveillance (y compris à l'intérieur) même si celles-ci sont "éteintes", elles peuvent avoir un aspect dérangeant.
Autre bémol: La piscine est quant à elle magnifique, mais non chauffée... La température de l'eau à 25 degrés était un peu limite (mais bon, nous étions en période d'hiver).
Pour conclure, nous recommandons sans hésiter la villa KAZ KAYAMB !

Tout d'abord nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir dans notre villa et vous remercions chaleureusement d'y avoir pris soin.
Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour ait été formidable et nous attachons beaucoup d'importance à ce que nos hôtes passent un très bon séjour sur l'île et plus particulièrement dans la villa.
Nous prenons vos remarques avec beaucoup d'interêt car elles sont constructives et ainsi nous permettent d'améliorer sans cesse nos prestations et le bon déroulement de votre séjour chez nous.
Concernant les caméras de surveillance, comme vous l'avez fait remarquer et comme nous vous le précisons à votre arrivée, bien évidemment elles sont toutes hors service,cependant, comprenez qu'une villa de qualité en bord de plage et même si il n'y a aucun problème de sécurité, il est préférable que la villa soit sous surveillance quand il n'y a pas d'hôtes, par précaution.
Concernant les oreillers ils sont neufs ,mais nous concédons qu'ils ne sont pas à votre goût ,nous en sommes désolés et rajouterons des traversins pour plus de confort. Enfin pour la piscine je vous accorde que nous sommes encore pour peu de temps en hiver et qu'elle n'est qu'à "25°"...
Merci encore de votre venue et espérons que nous vous reverrons si la Réunion fait partie de vos futurs projets ...
