Fijne plek in Normandie, ruime sfeervolle kamers. We hadden een stille Oud∋euw.

About the host
Hosted by Michiel Schierbeek
The house is called Chambres des arts because I used to be a sculptor and now I am a photographer. The house has a lot of my work in the rooms and in the garden. We bought the house because we liked the coastline and the rolling landscapes of Haute-Normandy. I was born and raised in Amsterdam and still have my studio in that city. I am still exploring the beautiful coastline and towns of northern France and I even made a book about it called Opale et Albâtre. You can find more information and lots of photographs on my website It will give you an idea of the beauty one can find here and you can also look at my other work on the site.
Why they chose this property
