Apartment of 50 m2 + Loggia 10 m2 closed bay window (3rd floor with elevator) spacious and modern. Very nice view of the port with access to the beach at 50m.

Completely renovated in 2016, bright, 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV + 1 cabin-type bedroom with a sofa bed and a loft bed, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, 1 new fitted kitchen, 1 living room with flat screen 101 cm, dining room, a loggia equipped garden furniture with air conditioning and private parking on the garden side.

Very pleasant, this apartment is ideal for a sunny holiday for couples, families, friends.
Relax on the large Carnon beach (supervised beach, fine sand, shallow water near the beach, ideal for children).
Private beaches less than 10 minutes by car between Carnon and Grande-Motte, for a sunny day, a lunch, a dinner or an evening drink with your feet in the sand (La paillotte Bambou, L'effet Mer, La White Beach… ..)
A stroll in the region, a stone's throw from the Camargue (Aigues-Mortes, les-Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer), Sète and the Thau basin within 30 minutes, as well as Nimes, Arles Portes de la Provence (Les baux de Provence, Saint Rémy… .. 1 hour away), or the Cévennes to discover.
Very beautiful wine region also (Grès-de-Montpellier, Terrasses-du-Larzac, Pic-Saint-Loup)

ein Apartment, das alles bietet

eine Woche Carnon Plage in der Nebensaison: erholsam und nett am Strand, in der Gastronomie und den Läden. Abwechslungsreich wegen der guten Anbindung an Montpellier (Buslinie 4 und dann die Tram). Carnon ist ein Kunstprodukt der 70er Jahre, aber wandelt sich jetzt in eine grüne und attraktivere Kleinstadt. Das Apartment ist funktional und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr sauber, tolle Betreuung von Buchung über Empfang und Service vor Ort. Können wir definitiv empfehlen.

Wir haben die Woche im Herbst, bei sonnigem Wetter, Strandbesuchen und Ausflügen nach Montpellier und Nimes sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine und eine umfangreiche Ausstattung für einen Strandtag ergänzen das ganze. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und ganz unkompliziert.

Schöne saubere Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf Hafen

Wir waren zu zweit für zwei Wochen dort. Wir haben eine sehr schöne, renovierte Wohnung vorgefunden. Es sah alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, inkl. Ausblick. Die Austattung war sehr gut (Gläser, Tassen, Besteck etc.), aber die Töpfe hatten keinen Deckel. Tut dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch ;) Internet war auch sehr gut! Kein Downloadlimit, streaming war ohne Probleme möglich. Eingezäunter Stellplatz hinter dem Haus. Also alles top, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
