Lieu super chaleureux

Nous avons passé le week-end de l’Ascension avec un couple d’amis et nos enfants. C’était vraiment génial. La propriétaire est très sympa, la maison chaleureuse, la vue imprenable, la situation exceptionnelle... Parfait.

Expérience désagréable

Nous avons loué cette maison début Août, certainement après une longue cession de locations et notre expérience a été loin d être aussi agréable que celles des précédents commentaires : la maison était sale, mal équipée et mal entretenue. Lorsque nous nous sommes plains auprès des propriétaires dès le début et à la fin de notre séjour ils se sont montrés très désagréables, ne comprenant pas "notre grand désarroi", nous accusant de "cracher sur la main qui nous avait été tendue" en nous proposant d'intégrer la maison à 11h au lieu de 14h-15h comme nous l'avions convenu. Lorsque l on paye 30% plus cher que le prix de location moyen du fait de la haute saison, que l on s attend à être dans un endroit paradisiaque, trouver un lave vaisselle pleins de vaisselles sales, un four avec des restes de pizza, une douche et un seche linge bouchés, un volet du salon défectueux, une cuisine non équipée avec des tiroirs pleins de moisis, ont déchante... Quand de surcroît on vous explique que cela est dû à notre heure d arrivee (qui n a pas permis aux femmes de ménages de faire correctement leur travail(?)), au fait que nous n avons pas été joignable des semaines avant notre arrivée mais seulement 3 jours avant et que le check in n'a pas duré plus de 10min car nous étions très pressés (?) cela devient très désagréable. Le lieu et la vue reste magnifique. Mais si votre souhait est juste de passer des vacances à la hauteur de la description du site, vous détendre dans un bon esprit et ne pas vous prendre la tête à compléter des équipements, nettoyer des filtres, passez votre chemin
